Dakota was punctual, professional, and very thoughtful of the work required, and how to best go about it. We recently had our roof replaced by Reliable, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our…read moreroof was older and in need of replacement, so we contacted five different companies for estimates. Marvin stood out from the beginning. He was very thorough, took the time to answer our questions, and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. We were so impressed that we also asked about replacing the soffits on our home. Reliable's pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The crew arrived on time, worked hard throughout the project, and was both fast and efficient. They were professional, respectful of our property, and completed the job in a timely manner. Our new roof and soffits look beautiful, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Knowing that Reliable also offers other home repair services, we will definitely be keeping their number for future projects and won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you, Marvin and the Reliable team, for a job well done!

I did reach out to the owner about some concerns and he came out to scrape and fix some spots (patch work). In the contract it stated the perform scraping, particularly on the back side of the home due to paint peeling already. (Reason why we wanted to paint the house).
