I called them on 6/7/23 at 12:30pm for an estimate. They said they only have one guy that does…read moreestimates in St George, Will. He will give me a call. I called I then called on 6/9/23 asking when Wil might call. They gave me his cell number so I called and he answered. He said he was on a call and would call me back when back to the office in a couple hours. Call did not come. I called the main office and the lady there said she'd call him then for me to call him. I did. He did not answer. Then Will called the next day 6/16/23, when I was in a meeting (first call from him and the one time I was in a meeting). This was 9 days after my initial call. I called back when I could which was maybe 15 minutes later. Of course no answer. I called the office, they put me through to an estimator that was in SLC. He gave me an estimate then said that it could not be held to though as he has not seen the property. Well what good is that estimate then? Anyways, went with someone else. I think this company has too much business for the estimator as he cannot get to new business. They got 2 stars instead of one because the lady that answers the phone was super nice and tried her best to get Will to call me.

I found Carter's quotes to be reasonable and I found him to be very straightforward which is why I decided to choose his company. The quotes I received were extremely professional and contained exactly the scope of the project as we had agreed to. Carter was communicative the entire process. He showed up when his said he would and the work was completed when he said it would be completed. There were no issues or delays of any kind. The work he performed was excellent and our gates look fantastic. I highly recommend Carter and his company.

They charge their customers 11k for a STAPLED fence in an extremely windy area!! I know nothing about fencing but I do know you shouldn't use staples! They put two sides up and the very next day the one side had fallen over ( yes the neighbors dog jump on the fence.) They did come out and "fix it" with MORE staples and stated if he needed to come back out he would charge me more money! As time went on the other side of the yard's fence (where there are NO dogs) has completely fallen down in less than a year! You DO NOT build a fence with STAPLES!!! His business is only bonded for 2k. He is charging 5k plus per side of the yard and is using STAPLES. I just had my parents and boyfriend fix his mess!!!
