This was my third time at this brewery in Midlothian. The staff is always so helpful and friendly the minute you walk on the door answering all your questions whether it be about food or beer or the best place to sit. We ended up sitting at the bar for a couple beers and dinner. The outside vibe had fire pits and Adirondack chairs with some tables. From the minute, we entered to the moment we laughed. We were thoughtfully waited on by all the staff. Falcon smash is always my go to beer when I go there and this grilled chicken Parmesan sandwich was amazing. Stopped in recently for the first time to try an IPA. It was average but that's not what the one star is for... I've followed this brewery on social media for a few months and have noticed their pictures consistently feature pours with an inordinate amount (2-3") of head on them. As someone who absolutely hates foam, I asked up front for no head. The bartender winced and explained they had to pour that way or they'd get in trouble because the ownership "wants the aroma expressed." I was taken aback...not only by the total lack of regard for the customer but for levying that threat against an employee. I was waiting to meet someone somewhere else for dinner, and put aside my disdain and capitulated as I didn't want anyone getting in trouble over a beer. So, I figured I'd make the most of things out on the patio. Alas, you can't take glass out in the patio, only plastic cups. What?!? If this were a college bar on a Friday night, sure - pour into plastic. But happy hour in Midlothian? The bartender did say they could pour no foam for a plastic cup though, which I thought was funny - they're so precious about their beer the foam is mandatory, but yeah, just dump it in plastic for the patio. All in all, a negative experience and one I won't repeat. My advice is to give the customer what they want, don't threaten employees, and eat the cost of a few broken glasses. To be clear: I get the notion of aromas and such, but this isn't Russian River or Alchemist, or even The Veil (none of which have foam mandates). I could even understand if they were busy (I was the only one ordering), but I wouldn't have asked for a longer pour under those circumstances. The beers are average regionals and customer service and good treatment of employees are non-negotiables. I hope ownership sees this and chills out; the person who pays for the beer dictates the pour, not you. read more

Have only been once, but the food and beer were great! It is hard to find a good monte cristo, but they have the best one! Lots of options for food for being a brewery. Place is kind of small but there is a nice size patio for sitting when it is warm out. Service was kind of slow so I am taking off a star for that. read more

Started a tab early and took drinks outside to enjoy the fresh air. When the beer garden opens outside, they no longer will serve you at the bar even though you start the tab inside. The beer garden line was way too long but the bar was wide open to pour and serve, but the still refused. My decision to leave and take my business elsewhere was the best choice. Triple Crossings Tavern is a wonderful venue to enjoy a craft beer on a sunny fall day. The deck is furnished with a variety of comfortable furniture and has a nice view. A nice casual atmosphere. The timing was prefect to enjoy the happy hour specials. Our server was friendly and accommodating. She was happy to serve us a few tastings of Triple Crossing craft brews. The smoked helles was a great sip. I also ordered the chicken sandwich, at the recommendation of the super friendly bartender. BOMB. I thought if be taking half of it with me - nope! Housed the whole thing. I opted for Ceasar salad o er fries and that was a great decision, in my mind. They use pickled onions in their Ceasar and it was definitely a fun twist to the classic. Disappointed in inconsistency. Have had the pizza four times, and twice it was burnt on the bottom and the crust around the edges. Ruins the taste, which is a shame because the tomato sauce is excellent and the toppings are always good. Love the pepperoni. The burnt taste is overwhelming though, and with a somewhat long wait time to get our order, we've never had the time to send our food back. Ate two pieces there, then brought the rest home and threw it away. Two out of three burgers that I've had there were excellent. The pretzel is a good appetizer. It's small inside and very loud when all of the tables are full. The outside patio is wonderful if you can get a table. Have to get there before five on Fridays or the wait for an outside table can be 45 minutes to an hour. If you can get there early enough to get an outside table, and you don't mind what could be a slightly long wait for your food, then I would recommend it. However, if ordering pizza, you might mention that you've heard it sometimes comes with a burnt crust to keep it happening to you. If it isn't burnt, it will probably be delicious! read more

First time here. The service was good but the food was better. We sat on the outside patio in the shade by the water which was quite pleasant. My only complaint is that the waiter messed up our bill and then it's a place that you pay at the table. I couldn't review the per item orders to make sure it was correct and he had already chosen 20% tip and hovered over the table while I had to sign the bill. I hate that. I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Triple Crossing. We showed up around 6pm and they were already out of pizza dough, which seems really early for a place that's known for pizza. It was frustrating because that's mainly why we came.On top of that, the customer service wasn't great. Staff didn't seem very helpful or apologetic about being out of a main menu item, and the overall vibe just felt unwelcoming. I've heard good things about this place, but this visit didn't live up to the hype. Hopefully they can improve inventory planning and customer service, because it has potential. read more

We were looking for a Friday HH and decided to try Triple Crossing because their HH ended at 7 and we're so glad we did. When we arrived the parking lot in the area was packed likely because they were too (and there's other businesses in the area). Initially the dining area was full and we were going to sit at the beer garden with the option of ordering at the bar. However, a couple was leaving right when we walked up so we managed to grab two seats at the bar. I cannot think of his name, but the person behind the bar who assisted us was super Duper helpful and patient lol. We don't drink a lot of beer so he gave us great suggestions and I was able to snag the last watermelon Mojito spritzer from the happy hour specials and honestly, I will be going back so I can have that again. The food was a 10/10! We went his suggestion of the loaded fries instead of the skins because of serving size/value. I love the cut of the french fries and the seasoning that they had. I was nervous at first about the beer cheese, but it was a perfect consistency and we literally ate the whole bowl. After some back-and-forth, my boyfriend decided to get the chicken bacon ranch pizza well done, it was delicious and we enjoyed the rest of it the next day and it tasted well reheated in the oven. I got the fried chicken sandwich and it is a big chicken breast. I got the Caesar salad as my side since I had the fries for the appetizer and they were both delicious. We've been 4 or 5 times over past 10 months and always yummy. I'm not a beer drinker, but my husband is....and I STILL end-up with a delicious craft cocktail from their monthly refresh menu. However, our last trip (Sat 3/7/26) was phenomenal becuase of our server, SYDNEY!! She was so damnn funny without even trying, and my husband and I are still talking about how much fun she was. We've been here a few times. Enjoy the other locations, but this one is most convenient from our house. Outdoor space is dog friendly, but can be kind of confusing, since part of it is open seating, and part of it requires host/hostess assistance. Beer is always great with enough options that there's bound to be something for everyone. During several different visits I've had the chicken sandwich, the burger, a couple different pizzas and wings. While secondary for a lot of people, the food can easily be cause to stop by. Excellent brews, food was very good. Service was just stuck in some order of disarray. We sat at the bar which was dirty, (sticky from prior customers, pretzel salt everywhere). Sometime during our second beer the bartender woke up and started spraying (right next to my beer) and wiping the counter down. After driving 5 hours my buddy and I were starving, had to ask for menus. Then napkins, plates and silverware after our food arrived which a passing waitress helped us acquire. The Fried Chicken sandwich is PDG! Maybe we should have just sat at a table but we mainly came here to try multiple beers from Triple Crossing that we haven't had before and thought sitting at the bar would be the best place to accomplish that. read more

Wow. Came here for a few good beers and a meal. I decided on the fish and chips and bumped it up to a "large." What a complete disappointment. A 'normal' order of fish and chips elsewhere - for a few dollars above the small here, would be maybe 4X the amount of fish (same quality). What arrived was a small piece of fish and a smaller piece of fish. Questionable if it was actually breaded and, it was overcooked to the point where it was tough to chew. I couldn't finish it. Came on a Saturday afternoon around 2 PM. Got seated right away. Party of 6 adults and two babies. Servers were excellent. Very attentive and kind. Plenty of drafts to choose from. If you ask for a paper menu instead of the QR code one it has longer descriptions of each beer. Fresh and clean atmosphere. Patio looked beautiful, but on a 100 degree day we didn't venture outside. Our table ordered burgers and chicken sandwiches. Both were delicious. The garlic aioli on the burger was super flavorful. Chicken sandwich is made with thighs which we thoroughly enjoyed since they provide more flavor than a chicken breast. Side item was fries which were okay; run off the mill frozen thin fries, but still tasty! Menu includes a burger, chicken sandwich, several varieties of pizza, and a list of appetizers. There was enough room to have our baby's car seat and another child's stroller. Family friendly and plenty of parking outside. Definitely recommend checking it out! read more

Excellent food, beer, and service. My girlfriend and I came in for a lunch date and enjoyed the bacon caprese and some grilled cheeses. We had the Baby Falcon, Paranoid Pale Ale, and the Czech pale lager. All were delicious but the Czech pale lager was on another level.
