November 26th (the night before Thanksgiving) at 7:38pm. She was prepping and suddenly there was a water leak in the kitchen coming from the cabinets and it had even run down into the basement from the ceiling above that area. After contacting multiple plumbers and getting exactly what you'd expect on Thanksgiving Eve, no answer or we'll get to you Friday/Saturday. Michael responded just before 10pm and by 11:03pm he was at our house assessing the situation, and got right to work. He managed to have the perfect balance of work and getting things done and making great conversation. Even when I would walk away to not hover, he just liked having a good convo while working. When I started to fade from the time, he never slowed down, he stayed alert, positive, & friendly the entire time. He worked until just before 4am to repair the problem and get us back on course to host Thanksgiving. After he cleaned up the area, took out trash, removed debris and never wavered due to the hour. It's worth noting that he ran a vacuum hose while cutting, removing insulation, & any other time he would generate dust particles so that it wouldn't get all over. He actually left the area cleaner than when he started with the meticulous way he cleaned. 10/10 kinda guy & service!

Showed up at 2 pm (after 2 phone calls). Plumber ran to home depot, said he got materials for under $30. Spent 1 hour working. Called company 3 days following asking for itemized bill. Representative finally called back and wanted to know why we wanted an itemized bill and who would view it. Hour later, got the itemized bill which included $99 service fee. I call, he tells me that $99 is for the work that was done. I questioned if the $99 is in addition to the TWO HOURS (not one) of the labor ($250/hour). He said the $99 is for doing the job (aka labor). Afyrr questioning further, he tells me the $99 is for coming out during a pandemic because they are trying to limit their jobs (24 hr company trying not to do jobs and stay in business?) I ask for a refund of $99 fee and he angrily says he will contact supervisor and call me back, hangs up. Material: $225 2 hrs labor ($250/hr): $500 Covid fee: $99 Tax on LABOR and materials: $52 Reported to BBB, Master plumbers of NJ, etc. DO NOT HIRE.
