1 star. Booked an interstate move (WA to FL) with Triple 7 in April 2026. Bait-and-switch from the first phone call to the last day of delivery. * The sales rep never mentioned a 21-business-day delivery window -- I was told it would arrive "when I needed it." That window, and the fact that it's a standard (not guaranteed) service, only came up when the crew showed up for pickup. * The 12% fuel surcharge was never mentioned verbally. * My original estimate was $3,655.68 for 350 cu.ft. By the time I signed, it was $5,262.12 for 425 cu.ft. -- 44% higher, sprung on me with the crew already there. * Their initial sales email explicitly called delivery within 21 business days "guaranteed." That word was never used again in any later communication once it mattered. * I was told my shipment would dispatch "this week." It didn't, no update, no explanation. Delivery ultimately showed up roughly 10 business days after their own contractual deadline. The driver didn't even know his own company owed a $30/day late penalty -- he had to check. I only got that credit because I pushed for it myself. Then, on delivery day, they sent a full-size 18-wheeler to an apartment complex with a normal circular parking lot entrance that other carriers handle without issue. It couldn't get in. Goods had to be reloaded onto a smaller truck on the spot -- a completely avoidable failure that ate back into the small credit I'd just fought for. Every step of this, from the first sales call to the delivery truck itself, required me catching something they either omitted or got wrong. Would not use again and would not recommend. read more

They can't tell me when it's gonna be. Real good guys. I'm a disabled veteran, bad back, arms, and shoulders, and Ive been sleeping on the fucking floor for a week now. Your customer service sucks and your communication sucks. Who's running your logistics, cause they suck too. To anyone reading this, do not use them. Moving from Washington state to Florida. Salespeople more than once said that move can take up to 21 days, but they are normally moving much faster. House was packed on June 27th by the nice crew of people who did good job. Today it is July 15th, the call to office revealed that: "The move can take up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS, and they NEVER PROMISE anything faster." they had our house items for almost 3 weeks now and it is still in WA state. They say that for each day of delay you get 30 dollars discount per day. So, after paying over 16000 they could delay for a month, and I would not get even a 1000. BEWARE OF TRIPLE 7 MOVERS. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The sales team, especially Donna, overpromised and underdelivered. I have written documentation from Donna stating that delivery is generally 1-4 business days from the first available delivery date. That was completely inconsistent with our experience. It has now been over 8 days, and the dispatch team still cannot tell us where our belongings are or when they will arrive. Every call with dispatch is the same. Jade and Nicole speak like robots, repeating, "I don't have any information to provide. When I have information, I'll provide it." No empathy, no accountability, and no effort to investigate or escalate the issue. They simply repeat the same scripted response while customers are left without their entire household. It appears the company relies on a single driver and truck, and when that driver is delayed, no one has any answers. You're simply expected to wait indefinitely. The biggest problem is the disconnect between sales and operations. Donna made promises that the dispatch and delivery teams clearly could not deliver on. Once your belongings are on their truck, you're completely at their mercy. Beware before trusting this company with everything you own. Our experience was one of broken promises, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend choosing a moving company that is honest, transparent, and capable of delivering on the commitments it makes. read more

First, and the most important to note, is that I paid for the "FULL PACKAGE" with packing and disassembling and what would be considered white glove elsewhere. The pricing was reasonable, the reviews were amazing, it was all too good to be true. Move out was fine - no major issues. They did break something at our house and tried to cover it up, which I guess is to be expected. The time between move out and move in was over 2 weeks. I was told to expect 1 week, so I moved my family down, kids included, around that time. I called everyday to get the same notice from Jade - no updates. It was surprising how long it actually took. Then move in was a nightmare. First, the guys were nice, but all of them said they hadn't done a "job like this before" so that was a red flag. They basically unloaded, put 1 bed together, and left right away. The white glove service did not include re-assembling the furniture, other than our master bedroom. AND it was an actual cluster trying to find all the hardware and pieces to do that. These guys, who obviously knew nothing about unpacking, put our OLED tv on its side leaned up against a wall - breaking it completely. Not something you do. And the last and obviously the MOST SERIOUS, they stole a Louis Vuitton purse and Ferragamo wallet out of a clear bin that I packed myself. Someone must've recognized the boxes, because they pulled out both and left the empty boxes. They took over $3k worth of items. And standard liability means that my compensation for all of this is $0.60 per lb. I never expected stealing - breaking is one thing, but STEALING THINGS?! I spent $15k on this move only to be violated and stolen from? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Walk away - go pay a little more for a different company. And insure your items. I filed a police report. I will be filing reports with BBB and FMCSA. read more

UPDATE: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMSTERS. My cost went up by 2000$ on the day of pickup. I obviously don't have any other option but to agree to it since its the last day and I wouldn't be able to find another company to do the job. At the time of pickup is also when they hit you with a bunch of random prices which is completely unnecessary. They will charge you if you have them use an elevator at the delivery location. Additionally they will do only 1 flight of stairs. Anything more and they charge you again. To top it all off, they purposefully bring in a semi to do the delivery which doesn't fit in all residential areas (specially apartments). In that case they will bring in a shuttle and charge you another 1000$ for it, which you will find out at the time of delivery, bringing the total add ons to 3000$ from the original quote. There are additional fees if they have to walk more than a few meters. They might as well start charging for every extra breath they take at this point. Most of the positive reviews you see here are from folks being asked to leave a review at pickup. It's only after that things start going downhill. Heidi was very sweet and friendly at the time of booking. But didn't mention any of these additional costs. She'll just talk about how good their service is and how bad everyone else is. Jade who takes over after pickup knows nothing about customer service or how to be helpful. All she does is read out of a template that was probably given to her. Norberto and his crew did a good job packing and moving, but we were already annoyed and bothered by then due to the increased costs. The delivery team will be different at the destination and they are no where as good. The whole process of packing and moving is stressful as is and they make sure that it gets worse. read more

I inquired about a quote on a website and this is how they got my information. I would have been fine talking with them, however it was a very busy week and I wasn't able to get back to them right away. Now I will NOT use them because of the excessive phone calls. Sometimes 4 times a day with at least 2 texts. They also always called back to back to avoid my DND. Interrupting my sleep and meetings. After 5ish days of this I called back to ask him to take me off his list. Then a call to what I thought was customer service to let someone (other than person who kept calling me, I won't name him) to let them know about the excessive calls. The man that answered put blame on me for inquiring through another website for a quote. He kept insisting that it was other companies, I tried to tell him it was always the same number, caller ID and person. I just wanted to let him now that this isn't a good way to secure a customer. He was absolutely demeaning on how he spoke to me. I ended the call realizing that he just didn't care. read more

The actual movers from Triple 7 were outstanding. They were friendly, kind, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were a lot of fun to hang out with. The front office is another story altogether. When I booked my move from Tacoma, WA to Los Angeles, CA, I was told that, after the truck was on the road, I would be called with a delivery window of up to two days. When I received that call, I was told it would be a Monday or Tuesday. I was fine with either day. Then I got a call saying the delivery would actually be Sunday. I said I was fine with that too, however, I would not be able to pay them with cash because it was a Sunday and I couldn't get that much cash ($7K) out of the ATM. Both times I spoke to Jade in the front office. When Jade found out that I wouldn't be able to pay in cash, as they require, she changed the delivery back to Monday, but she said I had to be willing to accept delivery at 7 AM. She was very aggressive and rude, speaking to me like a naughty child instead of a paying customer. I agreed to her terms and we hung up. Then I remembered again, banks don't open until about 9:00 a.m., so once again, I was in a situation where I wouldn't be able to give them the cash. I called the truck driver and told him to please come after 9 AM so that I could have the cash ready for him. Next thing I know I'm getting another call from Jade. This time she is spitting mad, she's yelling at me, she's telling me that they're charging me an extra $350 because of the two hour delay and that it was "non-negotiable". She filibustered her way through the entire conversation, not allowing me a word in edgewise to explain why I needed the delivery window that I needed. When I finally grew enough balls to yell back at her, she hung up on me. So as much as I loved the movers and the quality of the move. I will never do business with Triple 7 Movers again because of Jade and whoever the hell her boss is, standing behind her while she's on the phone, telling her what to say to me. I think, for interstate moves, you just need to go with the big boys like Bekins or Mayflower. Yes, they charge more, but no one would dare scream at you, and they would probably be more willing to work within your needs instead of theirs. If I could separate out the move from the front office, I would give them Movers five stars in the front office zero stars. read more

I called and asked for a full pack. They asked me the size of my house and I told them the bedrooms and square footage. They gave me a quote ($4k-$5k). I asked if they wanted to to a walkthrough before the move and they declined. They told me that they would send 6+ guys for the move and that they would be done around 3:30pm the same day. I asked what we should or should not do and they responded, "Don't do anything. If you have dirty dishes in your sink, we will wash them and pack them for you. It's all included." Dope. They sent three guys. I signed the contract in the morning. Then, it took longer than expected. Their truck broke down for three hours. All fine to this point. Stuff happens ya know. At 6:30, I ask if we should get a hotel. We have three kids and a severely disabled child who eats through a feeding tube and has many daily medicines that she needs. They said no. At 9:30, they told me to get a hotel. They said that they would unload the truck and then come back the next day to finish. I said no problem. Here's where things start to go sideways. They say, pay today's contract and they will have a new one the next day. I was confused and asked what today's contract was going to be. Over $5k and I asked what the next day would be and they answered that it would be around $3k. I said that I wanted to speak to their management before paying. They told me that I wouldn't be able to speak to them until the next day. Then they refused to unload the truck until I signed the NEW contact and paid (extortion/duress). When I complained that I needed stuff for my kids including my medically complex daughter, the foreman LAUGHED. I asked him to leave. I paid the contract so I could get the medically necessary stuff for my daughter. My wife went to Target to get pajamas/toiletries and stuff for the kids. They unloaded the truck. The next day they came and finished up. I had to sign a new contract. It wasn't quite $3k but I still had to pay almost double their bid. When we unpacked, we found thousands of dollars of damage including marring a restoration hardware dresser and breaking a 1yr old 70-inch Samsung TV among many other things. TLDR: This company extorted me for almost double their bid, forced me to sign a contract under duress, and laughed when I explained that we needed stuff for our disabled kid. They also broke a lot of our stuff. I judge a company by how they react when things don't go exactly as planned, and this couldn't have been worse. read more

HOWEVER, I wish it was made more apparent that individuals will have to pay for their "shuttle" to actually deliver the goods to your door. The impression the company gives is that once your balance is paid, that's it but unless you can fit a semi truck in your neighborhood, they will charge an additional $1/sq foot to rent a u haul and deliver it to your address. It would've been nice to know this up front rather than "if a shuttle is needed" because a shuttle seems to always be needed. read more

Triple 7 Movers out of Auburn, WA has destroyed several pieces of family history when they moved my items. I had this mirror bubble wrapped ready to be taken care of in a safe manner. Triple 7 Movers have you sign a waiver that they are held harmless for items they move if you packed them yourself as they "don't know the condition of said items in packaging". This mirror was my breaking point after finding several items destroyed, that are not replaceable. My mirror was put in a box (by the movers, not myself) that was too large for it with less than the bare minimum of padding to keep it safe during moving. It is not a typical square shaped item. So there was much moving space in its box to shift and be damaged. I was keeping up with the entire house so I did not even see my mirror being placed in a box far too large for it. Their process is as follows: They come and move your items into a box truck. That truck goes to their local warehouse and your items are clearly carelessly transferred to another truck out of your eyesight, so that they may compile more than one household delivery per moving truck. Many of my boxes were brought in upside down when there were clearly UP arrows and FRAGILE stickers on them. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRICELESS FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, DO NOT USE TRIPLE 7 MOVERS. Absolutely horrible experience. the movers were delivering a table 6chairs and sideboard. They used an 18 wheeler and told us they could not come down our street because of trees. They made us pay $350 additional to walk the furnitre from the road. When they could not get the sideboard in the room, they would not attempt to remove the door. We had to get the hammer and screwdriver to do it ourselves! The man could not even adequately do the measurements to determine if the sideboard fit. Worst experience ever! read more

This company is SCAMMERS. To be Frank, this business should not exist. Their practices are unethical and borderline illegal. I read all the negative reviews before engaging this company and thought they can't be that bad, but believe me they are. First, they offered me a discount to post a good review about them, and now I understand why. They are TERRIBLE. I can't see how anybody would be positive without an incentive. Their "advocates" on the delivery end are rude, not customer centered and are unhelpful. Mine was named Kareen. First. My pick up went smoothly. The crew was professional, prompt and considerate. Once your belongings get taken away, that is where that ends. Their policy of be ready anytime is 21 days with 24 hours notice is unacceptable. They gave me 24 hour notice on a federal holiday to get my high-rise loading dock coordinated or else I had to pay $750 in overnight fee. I never signed any contract with a delivery date yet they kept pushing a blank dated contract at me as binding. Their delivery driver only accepts cash or money order, seriously? Who has that available prior to delivering, when they accept all forms of payment on the front end. This is a dishonest moving company. Beware of signing any contract. (The small print on their contract states that they will only pay 60 cents per pound of any of your items they damage.) They not reimburse you if when they damage your property. This is a common theme in their Yelp and Better Business Bureau complaints. On July 1, 2024, Triple 7 movers were hired to move my belongings from one house to another one less than 1.5 miles away in Seattle. Each box was clearly marked with the rooms the boxes were to go into. When I arrived at the new house, I discovered that most of the boxes had been placed in the garage and in the living room instead of upstairs. I also saw that my 3 televisions were missing and asked Sergio (the driver) where they were. He told me I had to pay him before they unloaded the televisions because he "didn't want to be ripped off." I paid him the $1890 that was owes in cash. When the movers brought in the first TV, Sergio informed me he had broken it and apologized. I was upset and informed him that it was very expensive and that I had gotten it from Costco only 2 years prior. Sergio again apologized and assured me that their insurance would cover it. I contacted Triple 7 the next day and was given the number to their insurance broker. After two weeks of phone tag, I was informed that they would only pay $60 for the damage to the television. I told them this was not right and that their workers were being dishonest by making me pay them before informing me they had broken the TV. I warn you not to use them. Apparently, they operate out of Nevada and recently changed their name to Triple 7 due to the multiple complaints about them that are listed all over Yelp and the Better Business Bureau site.
