I'm use to big slices of steak and chicken in my cheesesteaks. The sub roll was also not substantial enough to stay intact when I bit into it. It just fell apart. I will try this place again when I'm visiting the area because like I said earlier others thought it was great. So she took the time to call and let us know and offered us something else. It was honorable in my eyes that she did that. Lastly, when I arrived, she double-checked to ensure my order was correct before I left the store. I had a cheesesteak, and my wife had the same. They were served hot, cheese melted all the way, and tasted terrific; the only problem was they were light with the meat. This is a very unique menu. They have sampler platters that can feed an army or combo platters that can feed two, and the price is right. You can mix and match them or have the pre-selected item. Now, let me talk about these wings. AMAZING! Fried to perfection, seasoned with a wet or dry rub, plain or on the side. These are cooked to order, so if you get wings to go, they are still hot when you get home. These wings are excellent, and you get them whole or halved. But she said her big chicken sandwich was thin and it seemed like they cut the chicken breast in half and put it between the bread. I would hope they didn't but in any event she was not too pleased with it.. she also stated the chicken was bland and unflavored... My big chicken sandwich was not thin but was blend and unflavored as well. I will say my fries came out hot so no complaints there other than it was a kid size amount of fries for the amount you pay for in the combo price!!I would like to add my beverage that came with my big chicken combo was full of ice and very little beverage which after a few sips I was still thirsty because I had minimal beverage and a cup full of ice. I was not happy about that!. The overall cost was kind of pricey for what you get. Overall I gave 3 stars for my first visit. Let's see how things have been since my last review. Just like so many visits, I always picked up food via drive-thru. The process is simple as it can get. Order in line and pick it up at the window. Even if the line is kind of long, you won't have to wait forever for your order. Each worker would greet me and always say thank you once my order was ready. Just the way it should be. Most of my selections were the Box combo minus a drink with an extra Canes sauce and sans cole slaw with extra fries for the substitution. Each meal had yours truly full for either lunch or dinner. I even took advantage of free food by using gift cards courtesy of Yelp Elite events. Not bad at all for a Raising Canes fan like myself. Well, there you have it.
