This isn't Grand Central Terminal, but it's got a ticket machine and some shelters, which are all pretty clean. Trains come by towards Baltimore and towards Washington every hour, and every 20 minutes or so during peak times. Great spot for railfanning due to the view of trains coming up the grade from the south as well as trains rounding the curve up north. After giving the reason for my call, pick-up location, and destination I was told the wait would be 45 minutes. That's a fairly long time considering that I was only 5 minutes away, and the destination was a short time away as well, but I decided to wait anyway. After waiting about 20 minutes, the elderly man decided to cancel the taxi cab pickup. When I called the company back they seemed unbothered by the cancellation. Not as if they should seem bothered, but it just seemed as if they were happy to have the pick up cancelled.

The drivers are friendly and the dispatch was great, up until a guy named "Walter" began dispatching. I found him to be extremely rude - especially when it came to explaining my details (which I would imagine they had on their system from previous dispatches- as I never had an issue before). They would usually take about 10 seconds to finish the entire conversation with me. Walter, on the other hand- went on to rudely complain about the speed at which I gave my address and phone number (which I'd repeated about 3 times at different rates) and concluded in me ending the call after a good 7 minutes of trying to give the simple to and from locations along with my phone number.
