I called this company in order to help an elderly gentlemen who said he needed to meet someone at the local grocery store. As soon as I was connected to a service rep, he greeted with "hello" and then said nothing else. It was fairly awkward, but I responded with "hello" and just told the representative why I was calling. I stated I needed a taxi in order to help someone. The representative then asked from where and after I said from where he asked "where to?" Now we get to why this is a 1-star review. I told the representative that it is the local grocery store, and then asked him to please hold on for a second and I can get the actual address. The representative holds on for about 5 seconds, huffs and puffs as if I am rudely bothering him, then I hear keyboard clicks, then he hangs up. A grand total of 10 seconds of holding went by before the representative hung-up. Of course being in complete shock, I decided I would not call back, because it seemed deliberate. I will not ever use nor recommend this service to anyone. read more
