The process was so easy and straightforward. He was very attentive, personable, and took the time to carefully listen to what I needed, and then suggested a few units - he was right on. It was everything I wanted. I really felt like he took the time to really listen and shared his knowledge of the different available options. I had reached out a bit early and as soon as units became available, he took the initiative to follow up with me to schedule a time. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend him if you're looking for your next home! You want someone who cares, is knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind.

Very very pushy habits, I experienced such a Hostile experience with this agency- very shady very sketchy, as I'm prepared to launch an ethics code with board of realtors against these dishonorable company! From day one, they pushed and pressured my Agent to obtain keys *****earlier to avoid obtaining prior****** to the Long holiday weekend The priority shifted to convenience on behalf of the NEW prospective tenants, vs the existent occupants- and the landlord needs The focus was to Get Keys as Promptly as possible, BY pass any essential details in between in a very highly dysfunctional approach Laurent Had a Nerve to ASK for the *****Commission check PRIOR to even having his clients move in***** He figured to obtain keys fast, and get Paid RAPIDLY prior to the 1st of September which he knows is (((((Prohibitive and also UN lawful)))) Above all, he was aggressive on the phone when I informed him, his boss would be briefed on the subject matter and valid warranted feedback would be posted on Google, Yelp and Zillow Laurent created a NIGHTMARE experience to the old occupants, and to my broker who had an awful experience with Laurent as well

Zero stars, seriously. Where to even start! Trapped in the elevator too many times to mention. You pay a monthly fee for the keypad entry to your door. And the building is in shambles... Did not clear out ice on walkways, folks fell..a lot. Plowed our cars in! The parking lot surface is ripping up. The garage ceilings are literally falling down. MICE! ROACHES!! They charge insane fees for a building with NO amenities. You can pay the same amount (or less!) in a building that has a gym, secure parking, mail room they don't charge you for. There is nothing in this building whatsoever. The plants in front are just dead most of the time. Fire alarms go off a lot. carpet on the stairs are stained and a real fire hazard. The blinds to the sliding doors (there are no balconys) are gross, pieces fall down and they rarely work. I just didn't use. They NAILED the windows in the hallways shut! Good luck in the next fire folks! Bottom line, this is a big corporation that is only interested in turnover. Do yourself a huge favor and find another place. Seriously. Just down the road, Arsenal offers free shuttle service! Same up the street at other buildings. Just a horrible horrible place that needs to rebrand itself as the most basic place to stay, short-term only, and lower the prices.

I put in a maintenance request for a new door bc my door is so heavy, everyone who comes through comments, it's been lightened a bit, bit still so heavy, and when I was having symptoms of pain/weakness I couldn't open the door and needed a neighbors help at 10pm. it has been 1.5 weeks and the property manager never reached out, never emailed, no new door, I've seen him on the property giving tours, but apparently Tyler is perfectly content with me having accessibility issues getting into my home because he cancelled the maintenance request! Gross behavior. they are just here for turnover. all the features they brag about they individually charge for, including the keypad on your door with no options for a manual key. the nerve to charge for such things when there is no manual key for the front door or individual doors and if there is a power outage, there is no access into the front door. it's. a. joke.

Waltham Landing is a new mixed-use apartment complex located down the street from Waltham…read moreCommon/Central Square and Waltham Station. In fact, the train tracks for the commuter trains run right behind this complex. On the ground floor, there are several retail spaces that currently are unoccupied. Above the ground retail level are 34 apartments all with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each unit has its own washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and designated parking spot. Many of the apartments here also have balconies. Getting here on my own from the airport, it wasn't as difficult as I had imagined though time consuming. Yes, I had to take the Silver Line to South Station, then the Red Line to Central Square and finally the 70 to Waltham Common to reach it. But this complex was easy to spot once I saw the facade. As I mentioned above, you can take the commuter train Fitchburg Line to Waltham Station here instead though it doesn't run as frequently as the buses to Waltham. But is a faster way to get here from Boston. According to the website, apartments cost over $2,000/a month so it is a bit of a pricey place to live. Though from taking a gander at the apartment prices on Craigslist, this seems to be typical of the Boston area. I mentioned before that the train runs behind the complex, so you would think it would be noisy. But it wasn't actually too bad. The walls seemed to insulate the train sounds mostly and the apartment was usually quiet otherwise. It is hard to say if a place is worth living based off a 36 hour visit. But I would say Waltham Landing is most suited for someone who prefers to live in a quieter New England town over living (and working) in Boston, but still be close enough to head into the city if they wanted to.
