I appeared at the property for a scheduled move-in orientation at 10:00 AM and was told, only after I arrived, that my application had not been approved and that the orientation had been canceled. No one notified me before the appointment. The issue is not that additional review was required. The issue is that the property allowed me to show up for an orientation that could not take place and failed to communicate that fact in advance. As a professional and business owner, I value clear communication and respect for people's time. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. Based on my experience, prospective residents should make sure they have written confirmation of final approval before rearranging their schedules or making plans based on information provided by the leasing office.

As a mom I know how difficult it can be finding lead free and dog friendly apartments in this area. CRL is the answer for families with pets as well as many working professionals because of its prime location. There is a trail a few steps from here perfect for dog walking or just to relax. Just imagine how expensive it can be if it is something worse, and how disfunctional this building is for missing something this obvious. 2) A few days before my move-out date, someone opened my apartment door while I was about to take a nap. This is a direct safety violation. When I called the management to know what is going on, they did not care at all. Your safety is not their concern. Till this day, they still have not given me an answer on this. Update: Kayla has reached out to me, and apologize over the inconvenience it caused me. As others have mentioned: cheap fixtures and appliances, heating is loud, lighting is poorly designed/wired, management is perfunctory at best and security is lax. Bike storage and management is pathetic, but parking is worse, and they have very few guest parking spaces, which need to be reserved and picked up during management hours. Always had good service from maintenance and cleaning staff is friendly and thorough, but if you want a good customer experience, rent anywhere else.
