Ivy just knows the business inside and out and she knows how to negotiate and help her clients. She took a lot of time to help me and my fiance find the right home. In this transaction, she worked directly with the owner (who elected not to have an agent) and made this deal happen, not just for me, but for the original owner as well. In addition to being an utmost professional, Ivy is just a great person. She is kind, considerate and wants to help. Eric Levine works closely with Ivy and is the "man behind the scenes" who just makes things happen so you don't have to worry about it at all! One big thank you to him too! If you need help with real estate, talk with Ivy.

My girlfriend and I had decided to move in together, and both got jobs in the city. We were nervous to move from western MA, because we knew that competition for places we could afford was tough. Craigslisting alone wouldn't cut it, but it was important to us to invest in a brokerage that had realtors that were personable, yet maintained a high standard for professionalism. Max exceeded all of our expectations. Once we had found our dream apartment in East Boston, Max went above and beyond and did everything in his power to make sure the place was ours. Needless to say, we are here today and are so happy we went through The Ivy Team. Max was very easy to work with, was very straightforward and transparent throughout the whole process, and embodied a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. We couldn't have had a more positive experience with a realtor!

I would highly recommend anyone to do their homework on the vast properties they have because there are a lot of issues that involves with management stepping up and doing the right thing by the tenants and people that are part of the community. - From a previous Hamilton renter & son of a former Hamilton employee

One of the worst places I've ever stayed & definitely not worth what we paid…read more ONLY PRO was the location - a double edge sword. Centered in a great area HOWEVER - CONs would be the location as well. Directly across the street is a homeless shelter and we got to enjoy a ton of arguing and fights at all times of the night and early morning. Lots of ambulances and every morning between 6:30-6:45 AM. we woke up to construction right outside the bedroom window. The building is poorly insulated and you get to hear everything. Hope you're not a light sleeper! DAY 1 the bathroom flooded due to the toilet not operating/flushing properly. The maintenance guy who came to look at it just put the lid on top of it and walked away. DAY 2 another maintenance guy came who admitted he was not a plumber so I helped him. Showed him the toilet needs a trip lever and a float for the flapper chain, which is on the instructions that is directly underneath the lid of every Kohler toilet. He swapped the trip lever and quickly left so we had to assume it was fixed. That would be a big NO. I adjusted the fill valve to the proper height. I bent the new trip lever so that it would work since it was the wrong one. Adjusted the flapper chain and made it so it will flush just have to hold the trip lever down the whole time. I alerted the property manager, they said they would send out another person. DAY 3 an older disgruntled man shows up, he was arrogant, condescending, and extremely rude. Making comments about me being a plumber longer than me and not knowing what I'm doing, even though the directions for the toilet are directly under the lid and I showed them that. He continue to insult me even though he was incorrect so I told him to go ahead and leave. I called management asked them to have a supervisor or someone important to give me a call about the way I was treated and crickets. They were supposed to send me the check in instructions. They didn't. I called and left several messages. I texted the phone number several times. For an entire hour I got no response. I walked into one of the buildings where the address was supposed to be and that building's desk person knew exactly who I was supposed to talk to and ended up getting me a hold of somebody right away. They completely ignored me, but this guy had a different number for them. They misplaced my info & online info form so I had to do that again. They falsely advertised this place. They gave us an address in between 2 buildings. They have over 200 pictures online and 3 of them belong to this crappy condo and of course they only put the best pictures of this dump online. This condo is subpar, it's got lipstick on the pig. It needs a serious renovation, a lot of things don't work correctly or at all. This place is gross and the management is absolutely horrible.

Justin was an amazing help and support. He took virtual tours for us when we were not able to make it over and sent us quality videos. He gave us truthful opinion on properties. He never pushed us toward a property. If anything, there were houses that we loved on websites but Justin went above and beyond to give us full feedback of the property. Many times he advised us to hold off! A few months after living in our new house, he still reached out to us to follow up and make sure we were comfortable. It was a pleasure working with Justin. I have worked with many real-estate agents in the past and this was, by far, the most pleasant and peaceful experience I had finding a home. I HIGHLY recommend working with Justin and his crew.

Just as he was getting a good idea of what my husband and I were looking for, she forbid him from working with me. Both my husband and I were horrified with this woman, not to mention we were left without a realtor (we weren't even extended the courtesy of a referral to another agent). Now we're scrambling as a property came on the market today on which we want to place an offer, and my husband and I have no one representing us. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I disagree with most of the negative reviews here. I have lived at Fenway Triangle for over a year…read moreand couldn't be happier with my experience. Among the luxury buildings in The Fenway, Fenway Triangle is the best value. You get more square footage per price here than in other buildings and the quality of the units, staff, and amenities are very comparable. Pros: -Leasing office is professional and very responsive. They respond to emails within 24 hours. They are all extremely friendly and courteous. -Maintenance staff will rapidly and properly fix any issues that arise. My average request is completed in 24-48 hours. -Concierge staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Always open the door for us when we walk in and promptly retrieve our packages. -The common areas are vacuumed and cleaned every day, making the building very clean at all times. -Price changes after lease renewal are reasonable. -There are storage units available for rent at a reasonable price if your unit does not have enough storage. -Gym with appropriate social distancing -Great central location within Fenway. StarMarket, Target, Supercuts, Trillium, Timeout Market, dry cleaning, banks/ATMs, numerous restaurants and cafes all within 1 block. -Underground parking garage attached (but pricey). -Great views of Fenway -Large bathrooms and living rooms -Updated flooring and granite countertops -Online portal makes it so easy to pay bills, make service requests, have guests over -Comfortable common areas to do work if you want to leave your unit Cons: -Expensive, but that is the case for all the luxury buildings in this area. Fenway Triangle is by far the best value. -Because of the great location and surrounding amenities, I rarely leave my neighborhood to explore other parts of Boston. -Little overhead lighting -Relatively small kitchens

For weeks, water has been pouring out from the wall and flooding the bathroom of the apartment whenever the tenant above runs either the dishwasher, laundry, shower...they don't even know (see video attached). And I am talking GUSHING. Very alarming that they don't seem to care and I cannot even begin to imagine the amount of damage this is doing inside the wall and the mold growing as a result. I guess "Luxury Apartments" to this company means pool inside your unit.
