Always a good time here! The vibe is on point, the staff is super friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. I don't smoke hookah but the music and ambiance is always on point for me! The DJs keep things fun with a nice mix of music, especially Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Cool place tucked in a little shopping center. Ordered a strawberry mango hookah which was pretty good. And for food ordered the Pasta with mussels. Just had a water to drink. The pasta was okay. A little over cooked. Sauce could've used some salt. Felt like it was lacking in flavor. Maybe some lemon. Idk. The service was good and they do charge 18% gratuity. read more

Went on a double date here. Got there around 7pm and was able to get a table for 4 before it got busy. The DJ plays good rap & R&B so the vibes were vibing. The hookah is pretty good. My husband and I got a white peach/blue mist & our friends got blueberry mint. Both were very smooth. Definitely will come back again. read more

We came here for a "Latino night" for some food and Hookah. Got in around 8 pm, ordered some food and Hookah. We were told that "Latino Night" will start at 9:30pm, however we waited till 10:30pm. It was just the Latino music, and that's all. I know that it was a Wednesday night, but you can do better than that. Overall, the food was average, and the Hookah was average as well. read more

Came here on a Monday night. They are open until 2am. Karina was an amazing service. She was very attentive and very honest about what was good/bad to order. The strawberry and cream hookah was nice and smooth. We got it with the ice base. The watermelon jolly rancher drink was good: very sweet tho. They have TVs playing the basketball game. I'm a regular at trio and love it. My go-to is always an espresso martini with chicken kebab and either Blue mist or code 69 hookah. The chicken kebab is some of the best in town as it's well seasoned along with flavorful jasmine rice and veggies. Crystal and Lejla are excellent and know how to make us feel at home! read more

This was our first time at Trio and it was so disappointing. Our waitress was very rude. I asked for recommendations for hookah flavors and she said she had a lot of tables to serve...as if she didn't have time to help us. Even though we were at a table she was serving. When asking about menu items, the waitress seemed very annoyed, and agitated with the fact that we had questions. It is dark in there, so it can be hard to read the menus. The music was okay, but our waitress really did make us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately a tip was included with the check. She's lucky because she would've not gotten a tip. read more

I came here Sunday 9/20 with a friend who was in town visiting. After checking out other hookah spots on yelp I decided on this one since it had pretty good reviews and it's not far from my house. I've been to a few hookah lounges throughout several cities; DC, MD, NY, Philly, and Miami so I have an idea what to expect. Don't get me wrong, our server Tajra was great and went above and beyond when she could. My first moment of disappointment was when we tried the calamari. It was my friend's first time so he didn't know how to gauge the quality but they tasted old, fishy and didn't look fresh at all. I wish I would have snapped a picture. I even let the server know but nothing occurred. The hummus w/ pita was good but then again how can you mess that up? The Hookah was good. We Had the Miami nights and Havana nights flavors. I personally preferred Havana nights. Reasonably priced $23.99 plus a $15 repack fee. Then we got our drinks (this is where the remaining of our disappointments happen) a mango margarita was ok. We had 2 but since we felt they barely had liquor my friend switched to a Long Island. I've never in my life had a Long Island not taste like a Long Island and not be strong. Apparently the bartender was either not that good or they REALLY count their liquor to a point the drinks don't even taste like what they're supposed to. My friend still drank it because he doesn't like to send stuff back. He asked for a second and asked our waitress if she could make it instead and if it could be stronger. She made us one each and although it was a bit more strong it still didn't taste like a Long Island. But we didn't complain or send back because we hate to be those people. The thing that disturbed me the most I think was that I didn't see anyone wearing a mask. None of the workers and not even the people walking in & out or throughout the place. Thankfully we sat outside but when I went to use the bathroom I noticed I was the only one with a mask on. I didn't catch on until I went to the bathroom but at this point we had been there a while. I'm sad to report Trio hookah lounge did not do it for us and I honestly doubt I would go back or recommend. read more

This place is Amazing! Every time I go there I feel like a VIP guest! The Server immediately gets us seated and takes our order! Olga is my favorite! She is very sweet and an excellent server! She comes back to check multiple times. And once in a while when the owner is not busy he comes and says hello. I've been going there since they opened! This is not my first time in a hookah lounge, but I still consider myself a newbie when it comes to hookahs. Decided to come here for a date night with the boy since we wanted to try something new. It is VERY easy to miss as it is in a strip that is behind the main front. The setup is like a restaurant with a bar in the back, but the atmosphere is very relaxed. We didn't have any food; just spent a few hours there relaxing. We tried the blueberry flavor hookah and really enjoyed it. It was weird at first since we were the only ones in the whole pace, but eventually it started to fill up partially. The only thing was the music was wayyyyy toooooo loud. We could barely hear ourselves talk. Our server though was really nice and checked on us often. I'd come back again. Nice place to relax with a couple of friends. read more

This will be an odd review, coming from a non-smoker. Trio Lounge is a bit more modernized than other hookah locations. The interior is nice- there are changing LED lights all around you, which adds to this modern look. It looks spacious with plenty of seating options, though I visited during its first weeks of opening and don't know how it would seem at full-capacity. In the upstairs area where I was sitting, it was hard for the waitresses to get by because of the little space between our chairs and the separating wall. That's really my only critique. There is also a DJ booth in the corner that provides you with upbeat pop/Eastern European/Arabic music. My group ordered bubblegum flavored hookahs, and they really loved them! I assume that their other hookahs are just as good. Their menu has a variety of food options, and they also have a good selection of drinks to choose from in their separate drink menu. In general, the service is okay. I could see Trio Lounge as the next big thing- it only needs more customers! The location isn't too easy to find, but that's not problem. The owner does a great job publicizing the lounge with ample social media posts. I had a great time overall! read more

Nice relaxed hookah lounge on the south side. Had a great waitress who knew the menu very well! The actual hookah was okay, the hookah machines could've been a little easier to handle. The cord kept coming apart, that was problematic. The beef kabobs lacked seasoning / the rice no seasoning either. The wings were amazing! read more

The best hookah lounge in town. I've been to every single hookah lounge with the exception of 2. This is by far the best lounge! Quality of hookah is amazing whether it's the tobacco, coal and/or hose. A++ The food is good too! Cons? Bathroom always needs attention. They need to add few more servers. No alcohol just wine and beer. read more

The lounge is very nice with a great ambience. However my experience was subpar. When we arrived we were greeted and sat down immediately. We were given a menu, and we ordered two drinks a hookah. After the waitress gave us our drinks and hookah, only then did she say the chef was not there and no food could be served. It was unprofessional of her to not state that earlier, as we probably would not have stayed. I will probably return, but I will make sure I eat before I do! Alcohol on an empty stomach could make for a bad evening! read more

Catering to elitist clientele with money to spend and all the time in the world, I guess. I would have loved to enjoy a no rush hookah on their very loved outdoor patio, but I also hate waiting for drinks outside when they're already high priced. I had a watermelon mint hookah and it was really good. They keep the coals coming until you can't smoke anymore. The VIP booths around the venue are comfortable and intimate. There's a pool table too if you'd rather be up playing. The TVs were playing sports the whole time I was there so this would be a great spot to catch a game and relax. Unfortunately, I was a bit let down by both the salsa, as even though there was a full bar, none of the options were all that tasty. The biggest detractor was honestly the service. Our server was extremely nice on the surface, but every opportunity was used to upsell by every member of the staff. A bigger drink, another appetizer, another drink, handing us their card and asking for a review following paying. I normally never have issue with this but it became overwhelming at a certain point. This restaurant absolutely feels like it has potential, but might suffocate over its mistakes in an extremely crowded Town Center/Southside Market.

I recently decided to check out Trio Hookah Lounge with a visiting friend, and our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Arriving around 10pm on a Friday night, we were informed that there would be a wait, but without any estimate provided. After about 20 minutes in the car, we finally received a text notifying us that a table was ready. Once seated, we were greeted by a diverse and inviting ambiance, accompanied by great music. We opted for one of the standard hookahs with a premium flavor, priced around $35. However, we found that the hookah didn't produce as much smoke as we had hoped, possibly due to the coal or other factors. This seemed to be a common observation among other patrons as well. On the bright side, the food exceeded our expectations with generous portions and tasty offerings. While the drinks were on the pricier side, they were well-made and appropriately strong, in line with what one would expect from this type of establishment. Overall, my friend and I enjoyed ourselves despite the minor hiccups. I would consider returning, perhaps during the day to see if the environment differs. If you're looking for a relaxed spot with good food and music, Trio Hookah Lounge might be worth a visit. read more

Had to assume there was a private party secluded somewhere eating up literally everyone's time. Drinks average $15 each, very short menu of food, appetizers, and desserts, but what they cook, they cook Well! Delicious! However, we arrived around 6pm without reservations on a night when literally every table had a Reserved sign on it, and 90% of the tables were empty and remained so while we were there for an hour. 1-2 bartenders, and a virtually empty main restaurant, and our first drinks after being seated took over 10 minutes. Shocking and disappointing. The food took about 20 minutes to come out but was worth the wait, very good food. They offer hookahs also but at a premium price, much more than Casbah and other competitors. They have private dining and private rooms with chandeliers and I saw one with a billiard table. Catering to elitist clientele with money to spend and all the time in the world, I guess. I would have loved to enjoy a no rush hookah on their very loved outdoor patio, but I also hate waiting for drinks outside when they're already high priced. If you do come for a drink, I highly recommend the Love Potion! Our server was polite and professional, she promptly greeted us and checked on us occasionally.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting from the time we walked in until we were seated at our booth. The waiters, even the manager and the rest of the staff were all very friendly, very helpful and down to earth. They were knowledgeable about the items on the menu, but they were also energetic and a fun time to be around. The staff alone made me want to come back again. While I love a good vibe, the food has to match, and thankfully for my Bestie and I the food did just that. We started with a glass of Prosecco and then ordered the hummus with the puffy bread. Both were amazing. For our entrées We ordered the meat platter for one which came with a variety of meat, including lamb, chicken, and beef, a salad and rice on the side. We also ordered the Branzino, which was perfectly cooked that also came with salad and rice on the side. Each entrée also came with either puffy bread, one we subbed for their pita bread (amazing). The waitress said that the Branzino was her top menu item and I must admit the Branzino and the hummus will keep me coming back over and over again. Excited to see what this spot becomes after their grand opening. It's definitely off to a good start.

With that being said the service staff was still very attentive. The ambiance very nice lots of space and seating. The hookah I got was very smooth. On the other hand, the food I was t impressed with the entree I got, the Alfredo lacked seasoning the shrimp still had tails on it and a very small amount of salmon in the dish. I believe these are changes that can be made. I would patronize again but they need some more time in my opinion.

This is definitely a hookah lounge and popular with the folks in the area that has late night hours. Definitely a quirky little chill hangout spot that opens late located in a strip mall off of US 17. They are family owned and Javas is known for their hookahs and probably the first place on the Island that actually offered hookahs many years ago. It's a good place for the younger generation looking for a safe place to just hang out and chill with their friends.
