We opted to go with an all motorized setup and were a bit apprehensive about the build quality and day-to-day operation, but with the blinds installed I can vouch that Kelsea definitely steered us in the right direction and Mike sealed the deal with a comprehensive explanation of the Somfy system's capabilities. I feel that Trinity Uptown meets that criteria. Melanie was great; she listened, she gave me a lot of time during our appointment and she shared lots of ideas. When John came to do the measuring, I was impressed by the things he did to make his visit efficient. Clearly he has lots of experience. Yesterday when he came again to do the installation, he went the extra mile to clean off the adhesive left by the paper blinds which was a significant hassle. This was a great experience from beginning to end. The designer came to measure and give us a quote. A second measure was scheduled after our order and we were given temporary blinds. Our blinds arrived sooner than quoted and were installed sooner than quoted. Our installer, Travis, was quick, thorough, and even cleaned up the boxes and trash and took it with him! The customer service from each employee was nothing less than helpful and professional. We did get a quote from a competitor but went with Trinity Uptown due to the customer service and the guarantee for white glove workmanship and installation. Donve Keegan was my design consultant, and what I liked about her was the fact that she understood my budget and was able to suggest beautiful blinds within my budget.
