Dear Covenant Roofing Team,…read more I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the recent roofing improvement work completed on my mobile home. From start to finish, I received the utmost respect, great communication, and service from diligent and skilled professionals. Once I agreed to the project, the team immediately filed for the county permit. Within 24 hours, the roofing materials were scheduled and delivered on Sunday, and the entire job was completed and cleaned up the very next day on Monday. I want to specifically recognize Chris, the sales representative, who was outstanding throughout the process and secured financing with the exact terms we discussed upfront. I also want to commend Austin, the team supervisor from the Leesburg office, who did excellent work leading his crew in 103° feels-like temperatures. I was especially impressed when I messaged Austin on a Sunday expecting a reply the next business day, and he responded within 30 minutes. The best part of the experience was the consistent communication; someone was always keeping me updated and checking in to see if I had any concerns. I deeply appreciate the excellent work and everything Covenant Roofing has done. I would not hesitate to use your services again or refer your business to anyone.

We just had our roof replaced by Covenant Roofing and from beginning to end, it has been the best…read moreexperience we have ever had.  We had just gone through a major loss of money and materials along with having already replaced the roof 8 years ago and the company refusing to back their warranty so we were  kind of left out in the rain with nothing but a folder full of estimates, photos of what the roof looked like now with pool of standing water and bad news about how much it was going to cost.  We were devastated.  I must tell you that the team of professionals we encountered with Covenant roofing caused us to stop and take a second look, we had originally chosen another company but we were not completely sure we felt good about that choice because we had a metal enclosure that we were using as a den nobody wanted to include that as part of the roof repair.

I have never had to use a roofing company before, but we got hit with the hurricane so I called…read morePower Roofing because they were doing my neighbors roof also. I have to say, in my opinion it was a complete disaster from start to finish (oh! if it was actually finished). They came out and looked at the roof, and tarped it due to a couple small leaks. I asked over and over for a written estimate, they refused they told me they only go by what the adjuster puts in his report. To me that was odd, the moral of the story is you are not able to shop prices with them, I think I should have been able to get a cash price from them, what does it really matter, in the end they are getting paid immediately anyway. I just could not understand this philosophy, had I not already tarped the roof I would have just went to someone else. So if the insurance estimate was high, they got all the profit and I got nothing out of it. Unfortunately due to it being the hurricane we were all at the mercy of the contractors. I have still to this day never received a receipt, nor have they even bothered to come and finish the interior painting that was included in my insurance estimate. I have called numerous times and still have got nothing, I have been told we are working on it, I guess I should have never given them the check until the job was complete.

Joe was here every single day. We had excellent communication from the office on when they would start. Joe was here every day to tell workers where to park, guide the delivery. The workers are amazing. Worked 12 hours a day 5 days straight to strip the old off. Install the new. At completion, they walked the yard with magnets and metal detectors for debris ( nails ). Can't say in writing how great this company treated us. If anyone has apprehensive thoughts, all I can say is we had 5 star service. Hire them ! Bill V

After the Hurricane Milton I had my roof replaced. I called a total of four companies. I was…read morelectured on how I was stupid for not turning it into my insurance company. I had heard how many of the roof companies have lawyers available to fight insurance companies so that they can charge more money so that a homeowner can recoup a portion of their deductible. That sounded like fraud to me. OCR sized up my project gave me a competitive price with a 10 year warranty on their work and the manufacturer offered a 50 year limited warranty if the roof was installed according to their specifications which it was. The crew came went right to work and with in a day and a half the roof was on and I was very satisfied. I would strongly recommend this company if you need a roof replacement or repair.

She came down with a lot of pictures of damage so I let her check with my insurance and even though they were reluctant my insurance covered the re-roof. To my surprise there was 6 areas that had rotted wood and looking where the areas were lcated we saw that we had leaks in not very obvious areas. Also my chimney was a mess and they fixed it. Raptis Roofing is a dishonest company. All the news warning you about dishonest roofers may use…read morethem as an example. They solicited me while I was in my yard. They told me there was recent hail damage in my area and asked if I wanted to get a new roof. They asked if they could go on the roof to inspect. I agreed and they found 2 areas with damage and said I was eligible for a new roof. They told me to contact my homeowner's insurance to file a claim. Their salesperson Layne Anderson asked me to sign paperwork so he would be allowed to talk to the insurance company on my behalf. I told him I am not signing any contracts and he said it was not. It just allowed him to speak on my behalf if there were any questions about the damage. Well, he LIED. After filing the claim, his company said I signed the contract and I must use them. Their price plan is they do your roof for whatever the insurance company writes the check for. They will not give you a price per square which all honest roof companies do. Their goal is to trick you into signing with them knowing the insurance will pay over $650 per square. Honest companies will charge between $500-$550 per square. I told them I prefer to go with a honest company and they told me to read the fine print that I had 3 days to cancel a contract they told me wasn't one. I did not hear back from the insurance company until after the 3 days. They told me I had to pay them $2500 or 25% of the insurance check. The "manager" on the phone asked me if I could read and write English when I questioned him. Professionals??? They even accused me of committing insurance fraud. I guess this is one of their tactics. After arguing back & forth, a female got on the phone and told me that they don't consider the paper I signed as a contract. I asked her to repeat what she just said. She did and they quickly got her off the phone. I heard them say Layne in the background; I think I was on speaker. I asked Layne to get on the phone to admit he lied. He would not get on the phone. After they threatened to sue me and argued more, they said they would take $1500 to cancel. I do not believe I should pay them anything. They did nothing but solicit and trick me to get a new roof. They did not purchase any materials whatsoever. The resolution I am seeking is for them to leave me alone and try to scam someone else. No one should trust this company and the BBB should give them a "F" rating.
