But a week later it rained and there was a slight leak so I called them up and Robert came out the next day. He looked at the location of the leak and was able to show me where the leak was coming from which was really not their responsibility because it was actually above the roof line. But he was going to take care of it anyway. Few days later I got a call for them to come out. This time, the owner of the company, Mr.Shick the owner came out and looked at the leak and said even though it was not their responsibility, because they didn't touch the place where the leak was coming from, he would take care of it. Within a few days a crew came out and did an unbelievable job on fixing everything. Again it was not really their responsibility but they said since we were up on the roof we're going to take care of it, and they did, and they went way beyond and completely sealed both sides, a year later. No leaks, no problems. They are an unbelievable reputable company. The even followed up to make sure I was satisfied! I would highly recommend Schick Roofing to anyone. They did a fantastic job and used only quality GAF materials, with a rubber GAF membrane underneath the shingles.
