Service- service is always why I keep coming back. I will absolutely tell you that the massages that they do on the neck while you are doing your leg mask it is so worth it. Price - they have some really cool variations from a pearl pedicure, and a jelly pedicure. I really think that they feel unique and everyone should try one and they're affordable to boot. Atmosphere- I would say this place is a level above.A standard nail shop and does not feel like a chop shop is decently relaxing. Chairs were nice. Recommend.

By far, the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life! The woman literally ran the foot scrubber across the bottom of my foot 2x and stopped. She never pushed back my cuticles or clipped them. But the best part, after cutting my toe nails, the file she held, never even touched my toe nail....she literally pretended to file my nails as she looked me directly in the eye and she smiled at me. I said nothing because this is my daughter's neighborhood salon and I didn't want to embarrass her. She took me there as a treat, because she likes this salon, correction, she liked this salon. It broke my heart to watch her plop down 60.00 plus a tip of her hard earned money for such a terrible pedicure for her mother! Of course we compared notes after we left and she agreed that her manicure was sub-par and she was disappointed that my pedicure was so terrible. Neither of us will be going back to this salon. Save your money, there are too many nail salons around here to waste your money at this one.

However, the pedicure was bad. She cut into my skin and then sprayed my polish with quick dry that made the polish puddle and dry unevenly. She also painted my skin! When I called the next day to tell them (I didn't want to go in and complain in front of customers), they said to come back and they would fix it. And they did. I wish I didn't have to spend the time to go back, that it had just been done right the first time, but at least they asked for the opportunity to fix it and they did. I am still giving 5 stars because they had great customer service and they fixed what was wrong.

Within a week, all 10 nails had come off, which is completely unacceptable for a service like this. I was traveling internationally at the time, so I wasn't able to contact the salon right away. However, I came in the very next day after returning from my trip to let them know and have it addressed. Despite explaining the situation, the manager refused to honor it due to their 10-day policy. I understand policies exist, but there should also be room for basic customer service and common sense. If I could have come in sooner, I absolutely would have. As a loyal customer who has referred many people here, it was disappointing to be dismissed like this. People don't come back to complain unless something genuinely went wrong. The service clearly did not hold up as expected, especially given the price paid. This was not about trying to get something for free--it was about them standing behind their work and making it right. Unfortunately, they chose not to. Because of this experience, I will no longer be returning, and I will be informing friends, family, and community members I previously recommended this place to. I ended up going to QB Nails instead, and the difference was night and day. They were empathetic, professional, and did an amazing job fixing my nails. They even offered me a discount without me asking, simply out of understanding. My nails came out flawless, and I happily tipped 25% because of how satisfied I was. I highly recommend QB Nails for their quality and customer service. While Eva Nails may seem nice at first, my experience showed a lack of accountability and care when it actually mattered.
