I wasn't ready to let my puppy go, and so I told them to go ahead and schedule everything. They're very easy to communicate with and reply relatively quickly for a busy medical center. My dog is also grumpy at the vet, so I always called ahead and made sure to mention it. They have muzzles of all sizes, so I would muzzle her every time we went just in case. According to the vets and vet techs, she's a good girl! But I just want to keep everyone safe and comfortable. When it came time to get her leg amputated, Dr. Goodwin was the only vet who was able to do it. Dr. Goodwin was also the one to diagnose her, and she was there every step of the way. She trimmed his 4" fur down to about an inch long all over; it must have taken her all day. He had multiple mats -- they're all gone. And Dexter has been strutting around. He knows how good he looks and I can tell how good he feels. Ashley treated our dog like he was her baby; he absolutely adored her. Instead, John took time to calm my fur baby down by walking him and working with him to de-matt and care for his fur providing him with an even and smooth cut. I also appreciate John's patience by finding a time and day suitable for my schedule. This grooming service is Monday-Friday with no weekends. He also serves the Forney, TX area. John gave me some helpful tips to help me keep my fur baby's fur, which includes his tail, manageable.
