That appointment was for today, 5/19/2025 at 12:30. It is now 2:00 and no one has shown up. I've called the office twice, went to voice mail each time, left name and number - no response. Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank.

I had booked online for an interior detail, they were in contact to ask if there was pet hair in the vehicle and notified me that it would be $23-$35 extra. It ended up being $75 extra. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.

They have a change machine that takes up to $20 bill, Laundry soap/softener vending as well as snack & soda machines, color TV, uni sex public restroom. Tables for folding and wheeled baskets for laundry use. Fire extinguisher in back behind soda machine. It is little town run down, like a coat of paint new rugs but we got it all day and very convenient, could walk to to from our new house in minutes. You need to wash clothes or your car successfully, it's your place. As well as car vacuums and self service car wash. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.

It was rough to the touch and I didn't think that it was patchable. But I was told that if it wasn't, Safelite would let me know and they'll schedule another appt. Received reminder texts and emails which let me know to be there about 10 mins prior to appt for checkin. Arrived 8:47 and was 6th in line .. 30 mins later, I checked in. Safelite lost a star because of this. They need to give priority to appts. The gentleman at checkin was calm, courteous and respectful to everyone he attended to. Repair wait time was about 30 mins after they got the car. Even though they have limited capacity, Safelite also had snacks, coffee and cold beverages available for their customers. How thoughtful! I've had them come to my home for repairs but this is the first time in their shop. The work was amazing.. I couldn't believe the difference. Will definitely use them again.

Can't reach anyone and still waiting. Phone service doesn't start till 8 and the "bot" texting is useless!!! Not looking good at all for the Raleigh NC location .
