Made a call they got me right in! I met Gary and his son and dropped off my boat and 4 hours later it was ready to be picked up. It was even $60 less than what he quoted me! This was a bout two weeks ago. Yesterday I finally dropped the boat in the water and No swaying, creaking, etc. Very solid and excellent beads as well. I told the lady and she reduced 30 minutes labor. I paid $1,954. I just wanted to fix the problem even it's way expensive than estimate. I paid and though not having anymore business with this company. END!! I just got a phone call and the lady said she charged me for the used exhaust fan, but that was brand new. You need pay $500 more.....seriously? So,I'm paying $2,500? I hope she is not calling me anymore ADDITIONAL FEES.

This company needs a proper review, especially since this is the second time I've used them and I…read moresee they don't deserve any of the low star ratings they've received, both times I used for last minute emergencies and Jacob and his company have pulled through like magic to clear my property near Shingletown. He squeezed me in When it should have been impossible but this guy and his team will do anything as long as he can manage it, and was one of the biggest stress relief sources during the sale of my home. Dumping like this up here can be difficult due to time, money, distance, hauling, my house isn't the easiest to get to for example and some places are only open Tuesday and Saturday until afternoon. I also don't live in the area which has its own challenges. You Call We Haul didn't get home until 1:30am this last time because they made sure the job was done, and even came back the next day and raked and cleaned up any broken glass and little bits. Both times the loads weren't straight forward, lots of broken glass, metal and hazardous stuff needed to be sorted apart. And put into an already full trailer, but this guy is a Tetris wiz! If he can possibly do it, he and his crew will get the job done for you. Especially if you can be flexible with him, these sorts of things aren't an exact science he doesn't know how long it'll take to finish one job and drive to get to you, so he'll get the job done no matter what if it's possible but needs the time to do it, so be flexible with that and you'll be extremely satisfied with the job. The cost is way more than reasonable especially if the task would be hard for you to do yourself in the first place, like how my truck has a 6 foot bed and the gas and dump fees to go to the dump and back for like 10 loads 60 minutes or more per load would be disgusting and time consuming and stressful compared to the lower several hundred dollar range I paid for these emergency trash hauls each time I've called and checked out every trash solution up here in this area and this is the best and only solution worth your time and money if you want someone you can trust to come out to your home and haul a bunch of trash away or clean out an estate after losing a family member. Very friendly and personable for busting his butt working hard all day everyday, glad the help he brings with him is just as cool! Great conversation too. I did have a spot come back in my dining room, Damon was out the next day and used a cool piece of technology to suck the soaked in stains out of the pad so it would not re-surface - it worked! This saved me a bundle, as I did not have to replace the carpet. Damon has completed (I think) five jobs for me. I'll employ with him again when the need arises. You just cannot go wrong with A-Plus Carpet Care. I cannot say enough good about these folks.

He also jumped the price up to $300 on the day of the cleaning when he quoted me $250 max originally. I needed the carpets cleaned in the apartment that I recently moved into, prior tenants had cats and urine smell in the unit. Carpet cleaner was quick to cover his butt saying there are also yellow spots on the walls, so I should expect cat urine smell to continue. The reason I know he didn't do a good job is because I sometimes leave my laundry on the carpet, and within hours my laundry ends up picking up strong cat urine smell. This is after I already wiped down all the walls and repainted areas. After reading about cat urine neutralizer, I learned that all of the windows need to be opened when spraying the neutralizer because it causes the uric acid to turn into a gas. If the windows are closed, then the uric acid can't turn into a gas and stays saturated in the carpet. I'm sure the carpet cleaner enjoyed the AC while he was doing the carpet cleaning with windows shut, but at the expense of leaving my apartment smelling like cat piss. Dude should know how to use his tools properly. No point in complaining to have the job redone properly, I wouldn't trust it to be any better the 2nd cleaning. Also sure that I wouldn't be able to get a refund even though the work was done poorly.
