Prior to her, I had some doozies of a dentist ( one who told me I had a rotten tooth and it needed pulling. I still have that tooth and it is in great shape ). Another dentist I had told me in 5 yrs I will need dentures ( I still have all my teeth ). So when I went to this office, I was apprehensive. Long story short... she saved the tooth. Since then she is the only dentist I would ever trust to work on my mouth. Her staff are amazing and take great care with their patients. Her practice has expanded quite a bit but the service is still the same. they tell you straight out and do not recommend any work that does not need to be done. If I could recommend a dentist, it is this practice. And that my friends is the tooth and nothing but the tooth !

Had three bad experiences…read more First. Had a regular check up and cleaning done, everything went well. After we were done I was put into a side room full of merchandise and was trying to be talked into buying a very expensive electric toothbrush. I kept saying I would think about it, after about 5-10 mins trying to push this product in me they finally stopped and took me to pay my bill. Second time I needed a retainer replaced for my front bottom teeth. Thought everything went well till a couple of hours later I started getting a very bad headache. Thought nothing of it. After a couple of day I went back to get the retainer readjusted. Took two separate visits till it was done right, instantly the headaches went away. About a month later the retainer broke off of my tooth and cut my tongue, so I took it out myself and threw it away. My third visit was for a cleaning and check up. All went well till the billing. They put I through and as I was about to leave I checked to see what they charged me for. Two procedures on the bill they didn't do, X-rays and fluoride. I brought this to their attention and I was told, "we'll get you next time". I believe that is insurance fraud, but what ever. Let's just say I found a new dentist in the area. Super happy now.

I went in for a checkup and clean - when Miranda (the dentist) sat me down to go over my xrays (required as part of my first time visit) she basically told me that it was going to be a quick consultation as there was nothing wrong with my teeth. She suggested that if i wanted to get my teeth straighter there was an option to fix this and they could provide a quote but it was for cosmetic reasons only and there was no pressure to get a quote for this done. My cleaning was done by Tara(i hope i got the name right) - i'm a smoker and like red wine and my last checkup was over a year ago, so it was a bit of a job - this was completely painless and the final results were amazing. I can't comment on pricing as i have health insurance and this was my first visit to a dentist in Canada (so i've no prior history to base it against). I'll definitely be going back to Miranda and her team for my next visit.

Dr. Ng has been my dentist since I was a kid, but I'll admit I've been a horrible person and not…read moregone to the dentist for a bit longer than I should have. That all changed when I went to Hong Kong recently, and had a cavity filling pop out when I was flossing my teeth. When I came home I booked a dental appointment, and found out I'd need a root canal. Not ideal, apparently the filling had cracked earlier (unbeknownst to me), bacteria had gotten into the root and hence the root canal. This definitely could have been prevented on my part if I had gone for regular dental checkups. Bad me. Go to the dentist once a year people. So anyway I booked in for a root canal, which had to be done over a few appointments. Dr. Ng is good about explaining the procedure, what's going to happen, and why. He'll give you information about what to do after the procedure as well, foods to avoid and that sort of thing. His staff is friendly and professional. I think the only downside to this dental clinic is they book up for appointments pretty quickly, but I got on a cancellation list and was able to get me root canal completely done (except the cap, which I'm not 100% sure if I'll do or not) within a few weeks. If you're in Leduc and need dental work definitely call Dr. Ng's office to see if they're taking on new patients.

It is bad clinic to heal your tooth but excellent if you want to just delete all tooth. Also their main doctor (who deletes tooth) like throwing stuff at clients for example Apple Ipad. How about that? You go to clinic and if you not accepting their "KIND" offer to just delete tooth they will throw something heavy at you.
