My hairstylist Stevi D moved to this salon not too long ago so yesterday was my first time visiting. I really like this salon! Everyone from the owner, the clients and hair stylists were so nice, kind and easy to talk to. Even the decor and was bright, sunny positive and cheerful! Very clean salon. As always, Stevi did a wonderful job on my hair. She helped me grow out a relaxer back in December 2013, with the help of the Brazilian Blowout as well and my hair has never been healthier. It's back to being long again like how it was when I was in college. Her prices are very fair as well. I love Stevi. You will too. read more

My GF (a returning customer) had her hair done by Robin (owner) who upped her price every time she sat in her chair. $65 to &75 then $85 now $95 for the same request but hush don't speak too loud in the shop so others won't hear per Robin. When I say she butchered her hair she gave her a chop with no style. She was so disappointed and cried so much. After not wanting to wash her newly styled hair after 2 days she was forced to do a wash & go. Robin did everything but what she wanted, seemed like she over booked and wasn't tentative to her client bc of the pressure of waiting customers, which stylists are known to do bc they are counting $$. Robin proved $$ was more important than pleasing her customer and her work. read more

Where to start, I could rave about the salon forever! Last week my daughter had to get her hair done for homecoming. A week prior to that I walked in blindly not knowing anything about the salon , the owner Robin was sooo friendly!! Everything from the decour to the overall ambience, the clients the staff felt right! The day of our appointment my daughter sat in Ladawn's chair. She is professional, precise, extremely meticulous with her work to perfection! All staff is friendly and boy do they work hard! The place is fun, busy and the energy is great! My daughter was sooo happy with her hair, as was I. Get in Ladawn's chair!!! She will not dissapoint!! Thank u ladies for the awesome experience!! Call and make that appointment people!! Sometimes you find some Gems on Yelp!!! Welp, this salon blessed me today. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by, Mrs. Robin. Who was gracious to take me in as a walk in. As I sat only a few moments, she asked to see a picture and gave me exactly what I wanted! Her prices are fair and service quick and professional. When I want to change up she will straighten my hair without causing damage. I wasn't going to write this review because Andrea was super sweet but I hated the way my hair turned out even more I hate the price I payed for the hairstyle I got my ends clipped, hair deep conditioned and I was going natural so she just twist my hair in about 14 twist, for this service I payed 90$ I thought that was a bit much but she said she was actually giving me a "deal" so I payed then she told me to wrap my hair up and don't take the twist down till the morning. In the morning I took the twist down PROPERLY and was very disappointed with the outcome I honestly want a REFUND but I know that won't happen read more

I've been coming here for about a year now. I'm not sure why it took me so long to write this review. I love this place because they are pretty good with accepting walk-ins which helps for those hair emergencies. The location is nice, near food spots if you have a long appointment and get hungry, there's plenty of parking, ATM nearby, beauty supply next door, it's always clean and the stylists are cool and friendly. I've been seeing a stylist named Johanna since I've been there. They won't break your pockets either, prices are reasonable and they do good work. The only time I don't see her is when I'm visiting family in NorCal or friends in the IE. This lady can style! She's very up to date on the latest and greatest products, she can really jazz up your style and she keeps your hair healthy. She's the only stylist that I've gotten a perm from that didn't cause itching or burning. Now I'm natural and she did my color which I have been getting nonstop compliments on. I go to her every two weeks for a trim and line up. She also braids hair, which if I had known that when I had braids I would have definitely called her prior. Been going here forever....since it opened. Love this place. It's conveniently located in the same complex as Starbucks, chili verde, a Hawaiian bar-b-que spot and a 24 hr fitness. Also across the street from a target which is super cool. The salon is professionally kept, the stylist are very client oriented. I go to Robin, the owner for my styles. I go EVERY 2 weeks faithfully. Robin is sensitive to your needs and really works with u when u are wanting something different. My sister knew Robin, the owner of Trinity Experience, and said she was a really nice person. I had been meaning to go for quite some time--especially since the gym I go to is just a few doors away. Finally, since I had a TV interview coming up, I made an appointment with Robin to do my hair early the morning of the interview. I have shoulder length natural curls. I was nervous about time and about how my hair would look since I hadn't had it blown out or styled in a long while. I worried for nothing because Robin really knew her stuff from the shampoo--which was really a mini massage--to the trim to the style I wanted. What an absolute relief to be in such good hands!! I came out of the salon feeling great about my hair and realized I had found a salon I could trust for the first time in ages.
