Ive came here a few times and each time I'm pleased with everything. Positive vibes. Good music or TV shows is usually in the background. The ladies make you feel welcome. They offer you coffee and candy to my daughter. They wash your hair with each service. I didn't think I needed it because I wash it before going in but it feels so good I go along with it and now look forward to it. I've told them what I'm looking for and I get exactly that whether it's a type of cut or specific color. read more

I love Cleo's ! My mom has been going to her since she worked at Enrique's. Cleo works very well with dying and highlighting hair. You're not leaving her salon looking like a chunty skunk. HORRIBLE...I am writing a bad interview due to a very very bad experience here, not just with how my hair turned out but with the everything that happened. I came to get my hair done for the 4th of July and my husband accompanied me. Right off the bat when me and my husband walked in Cleo and her assistant were drinking shots. YES you read right DRINKING ON THE JOB. And that's not even the worst part. Once I asked her if she was still working she told me to sit in a chair and just relax. Her assistant literally stank of body odor. It was disgusting, and her breath stank horribly. Once her assistant was done washing my hair I told Cleo to just snip the ends just a little bit just to keep my hair healthy. By a little bit I meant like 1 inch the most. SHE CUT 4 INCHES OFF OF MY HAIR. I wanted to cry. I wanted a light brown with little highlights and she gave me a horrible burnt look with ugly and big strands of blonde. AND while she was cutting my hair she was asking me about my husband. Personally, I don't think that the attitude that she had towards my husband was normal it seemed like she was trying to set herself up with him and lead him on. I felt very disrespected HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Giving Cleo's spa a very low rating due to not being a satisfied costumer... It was my first time ever going to her salon on Friday 3/21/2014 I was recommended by a friend to go get my hair done with Cleo. I left work earlier to get my hair done since I knew she was always busy. I went in wanting purple hair came out having brown hair, My roots are not even close to brown they are more like an orange. Don't even get me started with the experience being in there, I had my hair yanked no moisturizing treatment, I had asked her if she could cut my split ends she said yes but she didn't. When she styled my hair she did not use any heat protection treatment since it was freshly cut and dyed you would expect her to use some kind of product. I didn't notice my hair when I had left until I arrived home. I gave her a call and asked for my money back I didn't really care about the cut but I wasn't happy with my hair color. Then she blamed it on my hair, the reason why my hair didn't come out the way I wanted it was because my hair was to long and to thick. Really? you think shoulder length is long? that really got me upset instead of her taking responsibility she is blaming a customer. She ended up giving me $40 back. Wish I would have never gone to her in the first place instead of making my hair healthy she left it looking horrible I'm ashamed of showing off my hair feel like carrot top with my roots all orange. Would I recommend this place? NO!! Would I ever go back? NO!! read more

Cleo is the greatest! Her hair coloring skills are outstanding! Before she does any work, she explains price and technique to follow to protect your hair! She is amazing in every way! My hair had never been so healthy, since I started coming to her! If you instruct her on the length you want she will work with you, however, keep in mind the health of your hair and if she needs to cut a little more to rid dryness and split ends she will let you know! Also, Vero her shampoo assistant, does a fantastic job washing and conditioning your hair, as she massages your scalp! I love this place! She is worth every investment in my hair! She's got a following, that's already saying something about her reputation :) My hair is tricky cuz it's thick and wavycurly. Above all that, I had wanted it short so I could straighten it more often myself. No one rose up to the occasion to tackle my hair and give me the style I wanted. Then came Cleo, armed and dangerous cuz she does her work FAST. Al I heard was her scissors cutting away, and my hair shedding in the speed of light. I gotta admit, I was a bit scared, I'm thinking "she better know what she's doing" And I'm glad she did! Got the hairstyle I wanted (after almost 2 years of going to different stylists, cheaps and ripoffs) and the shampoo, cut and style (blow dry and straightening iron on thick hair) its costed me $35 bucks.
