The only thing I didn't like was that when I arrived for my appointment and rang the bell for someone to come in, it took a solid five minutes. I WOULD NOT GO HERE!!…read more They did some work on my car a couple years back. The shady work they did has caused faulty wiring to my car overtime. They were to replace a sensor on the underside of my engine. The mechanic that has it now said the cut the wiring harness to my low oil sensor so now if I have low oil the light won't come on. To fix it I have to buy a new oil pan. There is other damage to another wiring harness that has caused my car to not run right. I recall when I had it here after they said they fixed and I was paying someone saying they weren't certified mechanics. It raised eyebrows with me for sure so I never went back to them. Now two years later I am having to pay for damage they caused.

This battery was $279 and only lasted for one month. When I contacted him, he had me to go get the battery tested which I did, and the battery was no good. I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery. At this point a week had pasted by so I had to go rebuy another battery. Meanwhile im still contacting the owner of Mr. Jorge and he is telling me that he is waiting for the battery to be tested, which I had already did because he asks me to that he would call me back. Several days go by I call back he has other employees answering the phone stating that he is not in or he is with a costumer. At this point, I know that Jorge is starting to avoid me. It's now going on 2 weeks since this all started and he is telling me that he has tested the battery and it has come back perfect.......So please tell me why in the hell would I go through all this with a battery that I NEED and now I have paid right at $600 because I had to go buy my own battery because I need my vehicle for work. Now since I'm trying to call him back, he will not answer any of my phone calls, my boyfriends phone calls or any phone line that I call from that says North Carolina........THIS COMPANY IS A PIECE OF SHIT.

The shop has a spacious, open waiting area with comfy chairs if you're planning to wait while your vehicle is serviced. For brake & rotor service, I was called within a few hours of drop-off and informed that they had the parts, would be able to repair that same day, and given an exact cost. Service was quick and prices were fair- what else do you really look for in a mechanic? Auto repairs usually feel like a hassle, but Greene's excellent customer service made for a no-headache situation. I'll be recommending them to others and returning if I'm in need of future services!

They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson. My salesman Scott was okay, but I think he gets overwhelmed. Sincerely, RobertZ Dissappointed
