This review is for the Christmas lights only. I have always driven by this area on and seen the…read morelights from the highway. I always told myself I am gonna go and last year I finally made it happen. I did my research and saw that it was free. Hey cant get better than that, of course the closer to Christmas you get the more crowded is gonna get. They make you park in the walmart parking lot closer to the lights so go to the w.m entrance instead of the daystar entrance. You have the option to drive thru or walk thru it. If you opt to walk thru you can take your time, its very cute. They have a small cafe where they sell hot chocolate and other snacks. You can also bring your own snacks and save some money. I will go back again when Christmas season rolls around.

You guys did a wonderful job with the Nativity Scene and twinkling trees. There is also a photo op area (make sure you tag #daystarchristmaslights ) . Also the cafe was open for hot chocolate, maybe other things too but we didn't go inside this time to know for sure. You can ride through or park in the Walmart lot and walk around like we did.
