I tried to explain the situation what happening the lady with the ginger hair didn't care about what I have to say so she told someone else to help me. The lady who helped me was super nice and helpful. She tried to see if I could come in the next day because of my work schedule I wasn't able to do a same-day appointment. She tried to ask the ginger haired lady and told her she cannot do it because of her schedule the ginger her lady basically just scoffed and shrug her shoulder that she doesn't care. I WOULD NEVER EVER treat someone like this who is worried about their animals! Absolutely disgusting behavior and will never step foot in there

The vet is really good, she was able to save my dogs cracked tooth because she is specially trained to ado sealant and basically repair the tooth where most vets just pull it if it's broken. I was so happy they could save her large canine that she mostly chews with. The price was fair as well. Would highly recommend. Her teeth are perfectly white now. They also offer a sedation free dental cleaning service if the dog doesn't have major teeth problems like the broken tooth my dog has. If the dog has a good temperament they can clean the teeth with no sedation which would be much more affordable and safer for the dog. I am planning to return for the sedation free cleaning in the future.

**WARNING: NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE**…read more (It's been 7 months since the co-owner to my now deceased cat wrote this review... and we have still yet to hear from them or get any condolences whatsoever. I now feel compelled to re-share this as they are nominated for multiple undeserving 'Best of Utah' awards...) "Front desk staff are rude and without empathy. They told us they would call back with test results in X days and that a prescription would be ready for pickup in X days. That day came and went without contact. When we called them asking if the prescription was ready, and if there were test results, both were ready. But there was audible annoyance that we called them despite them not doing what they said they would, when they said they would. Dr. Lynette is nice but she has too much on her plate to do more than give a cursory glance at your pet's chart. She did not give our cat the attention she needed, and needed us to remind her of all of our cat's issues during each visit. We had an emergency and left a frantic, frightened message asking for help. Without any answer, we took our cat to an emergency vet. They immediately identified pre-existing issues and needs that Dr. Lynette failed to notice. Dr. Lynette treated our cat's symptoms and made zero effort in finding the underlying cause. This resulted in 2 traumatic experiences: 1) We had to put our poor sweet cat down. We lost a beloved member of our family. 2) We found out our beloved girl had been in pain for MONTHS and was quietly suffering because of undiagnosed and untreated issues - issues that the emergency vet eyeballed in their FIRST VISIT and that we were told weren't an issue at this vet. 3) That frantic, tear-filled voicemail that was left shortly before we took our cat to the ER? NEVER ANSWERED. How callous can you be to hear someone crying and asking for help and just...ignore it? We haven't been there in months, since our cat obviously passed away. A competent vet would have maybe noticed we weren't calling for our monthly prescription refill. Or that they never followed up on our cat's chronic UTI that was "being monitored" by them. Or that we are overdue for vaccines. Or that we are overdue for an annual check up. Nope. Nothing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM. THEY CANNOT HANDLE ANYTHING BEYOND THE MOST BASIC CHECK UP TYPE CARE." I thought this was worth sharing again, as we are still heartbroken and no one deserves for this to happen to their furry family members. Rest in peace my sweet Cocoa girl. I will love you until the end of time. I'm sorry I failed you.

So many better vets out there, go somewhere else but if you do come here absolutely do NOT schedule…read moreto be seen by the lady vet, Danielle Macdonald!! I have unfortunately seen her a handful of times but after today's visit, that will never happen again. Took my two pugs into get updated vaccines last week. The older pug was able to get his shots fine and I asked the vet tech about a new tumor on Ralph, and she said we'd ask the vet. But since my other pug needed a special pretreatment shot before his vaccines, we'd have to come back the following week. No problem, right? She said to make sure I ask the vet about Ralph's new tumor at that point. Next week comes and I take them both back in. Right after Reggie's exam(which was a joke in itself and lasted a whole 15seconds) I ask the vet about Ralph's new tumor and if I should be worried. She doesn't even bother to glance at it and says nonchalantly "we'll just cut it out next time he's sedated. Just watch it to see if it gets bigger" Well yeah it's gotten bigger which is why I'm asking, and since I was scheduling his Dental surgery as well I wanted to ask since he'd be anesthetized. She blows me off and says they'll get me a quote. Already annoyed at her lack of attention to this entire interaction, I waited for Reggie's shots for 30minutes.... Then the vet tech comes in and is going over the dental quotes and I mention the rumor that the vet said hey would just clip off. The te h then tells me it's going to add between 400-700$ to the quote. WTH! So I ask to be able to speak with and confirm with the vet that gave me 30seconds of time during the exam, Danielle MacDonald about the severity of this tumor. She comes back into the room after another 15minutes, herself seeming extremely annoyed for having to speak with me again, and immediately starts telling me she doesn't at the prices blah blah blah and I say that's fine, I'm just curious in if I need to worry about this or not since she really didn't bother to look at Ralph's tumor. She then looks at me with contempt and says yeah I didn't look cause you didn't pay for an exam for Ralph today. If you want to pay for one then I could. I was shocked and said I did pay for it for Ralph last week and you weren't here so they said to bring him today. I certainly oh DID pay for Reggie's exam and you didn't even look at him!? She smiled smugly and shrugged and walked out of the room. That was the end of my interaction with her. Shocking to have such little concern from someone who apparently cares about animals. Go see the other vet, Dr Edmonds. He has been fantastic and caring and willing to by to answer questions without haste when you are worried. The office manager, Niki also ignored me when I raised these concerns to her. Instead of trying to understand what actually occurred, she just pretended nothing happened and said don't come back. Terrible service from terrible people, they like to collect your money but treat you like crap if you aren't willing to shell out hundreds more for garbage service. Danielle MacDonald was terrible, uncaring and spiteful as was the office manager, Niki. I hope that no one has to deal with either when they have an urgent issue with their pet cause they'll make it much worse.

The four women at the front desk were incredibly kind, and one of them went to the back to see if there was any way we could be squeezed in. They were able to see us just before closing, which we are so grateful for. The veterinary team ran bloodwork and took the time to carefully work through what might be going on as his condition continued to worsen. They ultimately determined that his glucose levels were very low and immediately began treatment. Our dog can be reactive when he's scared, and the vet and vet techs were patient, understanding, and very careful with him throughout the visit. We are so thankful for the compassion, professionalism, and willingness of the entire staff to help us when we were scared and unsure. They truly went above and beyond for our dog.

Our usual vet was not on the list, so we opted to check out Petcare Animal Hospital, who was. I appreciate how quickly they were able to get my dog in-only a couple days' notice. I'm not sure if that is normal or if they expedited a new client, but either way it was appreciated. The office was immaculately clean and in good condition. Up front, there's a little store area where you can purchase any number of pet supplies. That will be good to make note of for the future when I need something. We spent the majority of the time with the vet technician, who took a thorough history (as much as we could provide with a new pet) and she helped us retrieve the records from the adoption. The vet came in and did a nose-to-tail checkup, giving a (mostly) clean bill of health. I appreciate the visit and the recommendations they gave and will likely return when the dog needs updated vaccinations or other medical attention.
