Shelburne Trillium Ford Lincoln - Always a pleasant experience dealing with the service desk crew at the Shelburne Trillium location! Latest trip was not 1, but 2 warning lights on our Ford Escape. We took it in first thing Monday morning with no warning or previous booking with the service desk, by early afternoon we already received notification the Escape was fixed, and covered under warranty. What a surprise to know there would be no cost....clearly shows they are a dealership that truly looks after their customers, without trying to nickel and dime you each repair. If it hadn't have been for the speed that my truck was fixed I would have given them a 1 star rating. I was blatently lied to by ALL of the service staff, my service report was a joke (my brake pads increased after 6 months of use). I can't be sure if they even looked at my truck or just filled out the report because it was part on the service package. read more
