Mr. Tony and his lessons are very professional and thorough. He is very punctual and responsible. He made sure that I received my certificate on time for my road test. I really enjoyed his lessons as I felt myself become a more defensive and confident driver. He does an amazing job explaining things and will prepare you for any situation that could emerge in the future. Thanks to his preparation, I was able to pass my road test today first try with a perfect score. If you're someone looking for preparation for a road test or wanting to become a better driver, I strongly recommend Jireh Driving School.

He didn't communicate very well concerning the fact that they only accepted check or cash. Admittedly, I thought that to be very strange but I went with it. I paid for my son's three lessons up front. We had to do some juggling around with my son's lessons. Again, it was a little unorganized. He said that he had to fit my son in to his schedule. Then he had repair trouble with his car and had to purchase a new one. Again, I had some concerns but went along with it primarily because my son found Tony to be a very good instructor. He had very good feedback after each lesson. He was very pleased with and enjoyed his lessons. During my son's last lesson, I found it strange that he was not presented with his certificate at that time. I asked Tony about it and he said that he would mail it to us. This is where the lions' share of problems with Tony from Jireh Driving School Inc. begin. We never received the certificate in the mail. Two weeks ago, when we returned from vacation, I called Tony to ask about the certificate and to inform him that we never received it. This is where I began to feel as though I was being scammed. He said that he would have to reprint it and resend it. I even texted him our address again, even though it was on our initial paperwork. I never received a response from the text. We never received that copy either. I placed a call to Tony again last week, he said that he would call me but never did. I placed another call to Tony this week (which makes it a month after the completion of my son's lessons) yesterday. He didn't pick up the call so I left a voice mail. I didn't receive a call back so I called later in the day (around 4pm) from my work phone, which he picked up, my guess is because he didn't recognize the number. I asked if I could pick up my son's certificate. For whatever reason, he didn't want me to pick it up. He said that he would bring it to me today before 5. I had to come back in and edit this review because Tony did show up to produce my son's certificate. I think that Tony needs to be more responsive and sensitive regarding his business. There are also some practices that he could incorporate to improve his business acumen.

I requested a physical workbook due to my eyesight and was told to be at the Duluth office to pick it up on Monday by 4:00 (they are not open on weekends) on the day of the class (1/12/26). I left work early and arrived by 4:00 only to find they were closed. I was told the office manager left early and I had to view the workbook electronically. That was just the first red flag. I realized early in the class that the instructor did not seem to like me by his responses to my answers to some of his questions. I was trying to show that I was present and participating, but he was condescending and he belittled/berated me if he disagreed with my responses. By the last day, he questioned in class if the children that I work with even like me (the classes are recorded). This was personally not a positive experience for me. I would not recommend. Finally, the communication appears to be primarily via text messages, and the beginning of the thread seems to be automated (at least over the weekend) since I asked questions that were never answered and the responses were generic. It asked if wanted to participate in another program, but when I asked what it was, I didn't receive an answer. If you text them with issues during the week, an actual person will respond, it just takes a while.

And the instructor showed up 10 minutes late... I think they need to work on communication and punctuality. The lesson itself was ok, I thought he would have more structure to the lesson but he just let me drive wherever I wanted and gave tips as we went instead of instructing me where to go like what an actual road test proctor would do. This kind of made me feel unsafe because I didn't know where I was going and I was driving without purpose. He was very knowledgeable in parallel parking so I got a lot of help but he didn't know much about reverse parking (he said he hasn't taught someone reverse parking in a while). So if you want to take a lesson here, come prepared with questions and exactly what you want to work on because the instructor doesn't provide anything unless you ask.

My daughter had a terrible experience with this driving school. Below is a letter I wrote the same…read moreday after her first lesson on Tuesday, November 19, 2025. I do not recommend this school at all. Dear A1 Driving School Administration, I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my daughter Cassidy's first driving lesson with your instructor, Ms. Stacy Medford, earlier today. As an educational administrator with over eighteen years of professional experience, I take instructional quality, student safety, and professional conduct very seriously--and what Cassidy experienced today falls far below acceptable standards. After reviewing Cassidy's written account in full, I am deeply displeased and genuinely concerned. My child did not receive a fair instructional session. From the moment the lesson began--with the instructor arriving late--the tone, professionalism, and instructional approach were inappropriate, dismissive, and unsafe. The sharp, sarcastic remarks; the impatience when Cassidy asked reasonable beginner questions; and the lack of structured guidance are entirely unacceptable for any student, let alone a new driver. In addition, the extended personal phone usage described--including texting, scrolling, and a lengthy personal phone call while Cassidy was driving--constitutes a serious safety risk. Ending the session early only added to the impression that this was not a legitimate instructional experience. Because of these issues, I am requesting either a full refund for this session or a redo with a qualified instructor who can provide Cassidy with the complete and supportive instructional experience she deserves.Furthermore, based on the details provided, I strongly recommend that Ms. Medford receive immediate professional development, particularly in customer service, instructional delivery, and professional boundaries. If the behaviors described are consistent with her practice, dismissal should be considered. These are not minor concerns--these are systemic instructional and safety failures. Please also be aware that I intend to document this experience publicly in a review so that other parents and students make informed decisions.I expect a timely written response to this matter and a clear outline of how it will be addressed moving forward.Thank you for your attention to this serious concern. Sincerely, Dr. Edith Mechelle McLendon-Dzoole

Mind you I had to reschedule more than once with All-N-1 driving school at least 4 times due to inappropriate attitudes from one of their employees (Ms.Coco), the DDS in Covington rejecting me right before I was about to start my road test due to a number of existing cases they have with majority of the DDS locations, and apparently the decent driving instructor I was previously using (Jason) car was not a permitted vehicle(which I wasn't informed of any of this beforehand. I was told that they usually don't like him for some reason etc. and that they may give him issues if we were to arrive so I should schedule with another instructor). Juwan later stated to me not to long ago that the "importance" of both "his employee and I"maintaining professionalism until I finish my road test is the only thing that matters. Now, I do completely agree with that standard, however I'm the customer so shouldn't you be more worried about how the instructor is treating me? I'd also like to clarify that I had no issues with my previous instructor Jason. The chemistry between teacher and student was very much genuine. Our sessions were smooth, authentic, respectful, and productive, with no tension or conflict in sight. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case with Ms. Coco. I've experienced repeated instances with her exhibiting passive-aggressive behavior, dismissive attitudes, having condescending remarks, and being overall disrespectful towards me. As a paying customer, this has felt both frustrating and unfair, especially when I've done my part to remain calm, engaged, and focused on learning the steps it takes to obtain my said license. Additionally, I want to bring attention to a specific concern from the day of my last made attempt at the road test 6/3/25. I was originally awarded a complimentary 2-hour consultation session from Juwuan along with the actual road test because of the earlier mishap with Jason at the DDS in Covington. But I did not receive the full instruction time I was promised that day or paid for previously. Coco arrived around 12:03 p.m. for our 12:00 p.m. appointment, and I didn't get into the car until 12:06. From there, she drove roughly 42 minutes via backroads blasting "Megan the Stallion" (yet again unprofessional when dealing with a new anxious client/driver there shouldn't be any music whatsoever) to a school across from the Covington DDS. I didn't gain full control of the vehicle until approximately 12:45 or 1:00 p.m. At around maybe 1:10 or 1:15 after struggling to figure out how to parallel and reverse park properly on my lonesome with barely any verbal direction or decent interaction from Ms.Coco I ultimately chose to opt out of taking the road test due to heightened anxiety, a clear lack of proper instruction, professionalism, guidance, and support from Ms. Coco. We began heading back to my house at around 1:18pm with her once again in control of the vehicle( obviously violating the 2 hr compensation I was promised/previously paid for) this time blasting "Cardi B". This experience did not provide anywhere near the full 2-hour lesson I was supposed to receive nor what I paid for out of pocket the spread of almost 2-3 months I've been dealing with All-N-1. I feel somewhat shortchanged/underhanded both in terms of the professionalism as an official Government employee(referring to Coco), the quality and duration on top of enduring what I've experienced to be unethical, improper, and unscrupulous along with this belittling treatment she(they've) has going. It was extremely disappointing for me to go through this a third time with this young woman. To be transparent though, I have also heard from another employee (Jason, you can ask him to confirm) that I am not the first student to experience this type of behavior from Ms. Coco. This probably suggests that there may be a larger pattern that needs to be addressed within your company dealing with this employee of yours. Out of respect I'm just recommending maybe you should consider a more formal evaluation of her conduct whether through direct observation, client feedback, or possibly even taking the steps to install cameras in all the vehicles not just hers. Despite these 3 incidents between her and I, I did learn a few things from Mr.Jason. Thank you for hearing my concerns.
