We had no issues with the management of the complex until Monday, May 24th. We received a collections letter for Brittany Springs for the move out fee. On March 3, 2021 a money order was personally handed to the accountant at the complex. And as indicated on Monday May 24th we get this letter. We did resolve the issue with Brittany Springs, it was determined to be the fault of the complexes accountant. Now the issue is having the black mark removed from the credit report. Then i was understanding because i didn't live there but it made sense. Until my friend and her sister got kicked out, her sister was 18+ as the rules say, but just because she didnt pay for the " property" and her mom did. she couldn't be there just because she didnt pay for the rent because her mom did. But the manager didn't ask any of the white people. Just me and my friends sister which are black. He was terribly rude and racist. I was planning to move here. But now i'll tell my own mother how bad and rude this place is. The manager was so disrespectful and threatened us. If the manager and his wife were more friendly and kind, I'd probably wouldn't of wrote this reveiw!

Amenities are great! The gyms and pool areas are amazing- the rental rates are already competitive and these are an immense added bonus that goes above and beyond. The staff is great- office and maintenance. And the property is appealing enough that many of the staff live on site- one of the maintenance guys came to check out an issue with my washer and then I recognized him at the pool a couple weeks later when our nieces were playing together and we started chatting (talk about community!). I never have an issue with getting responses to inquiries through the office and, even through COVID, the office was extremely responsive despite not being "open" and helpful in facilitating payment plans when needed. The only reason we are moving out was because we moved in planning to buy and this location was most cost-effective for what you get in the area, even with renovated units (When we moved in around 2018, Marquette was in the process of upgrading all units.). We found Preserve on a recommendation from a friend and would have stayed longer if life didn't take us a different way. We had great experiences with staff, management, and neighbors...our upstairs neighbor had kids who were very loud and was very communicative about noise issues, without us even approaching him. Only complaint is parking- it can be a pain if you don't get home by 5:30, especially during summer and snow season. BUT management is extremely responsive to reported issues- I got frustrated a couple times and emailed Annette, the agent who signed us, and noticed tow-notice stickers on problem cars (same spot for weeks, not a registered license plate, etc.) a day or two later, and it helped the issue. This is a great community - people are friendly, staff is great and responsive, amenities are out of this world for the price. For what you get, it's the best deal in the area right now!

There was a nice pool. No water bill. Apartment was a decent size for 1-2 people. Neighbors were very friendly and pleasant. Cons: parking wasn't the greatest depending on which unit you're in. Sometimes, if you go out at night or if you get off work late, you won't find a lot of spaces close to your unit. Laundry, they had a washer and dryer in each building but they're very limited. You would have to do your laundry at odd times. Kitchen was small. Property manager was not the greatest at her job. She was a hypocrite when it came to issues about your apartment or your lease. I would not recommend. Overall it's about a 2 for me.

If you have a problem they take care of it quickly and efficiently. The apartments are nice a little bit older but with a few modern touches i.e. a brick wall in bedroom and living room, and built in glass shelving. The pool is maintained very nice as well as the gym. It is fairly quiet here but Randall road does make it a little bit noisy. If you receive packages they get delivered to the office so no one takes them, but I don't think anyone would take them here. Rent isn't to bad here either, I pay 960 for a one bedroom. They allow cats and there is no pet rent. They also work with Comcast and you get a special discounted price with them for living in courtyard. The only utility you pay is electricity. It is close to a lot of stores and 5 mins from I-88. I highly suggest living here. You wont regret it.
