We had someone come to look at it, thinking it was just turned off somehow, and he noted in 10 seconds that the the tank was busted and would have to be replaced. From the rust buildup on the tank he agreed that it had to have been broken for quite a while. We reached out to Parker expecting them to agree that someone had failed their job and replace the tank. As expected, they used the month period to insist that "it was working when they inspected it but it busted later". Sure. CYA much? Know that, if you use these guys, they aren't really checking everything and, if you walk into a mess, it's on you to fix it.

Didn't have to, he wasn't late. They said he'd be there 8-10a. Said "GPS says I'll be there for 8:17a". Good start in my book. Tom toured the 2 floor home. It has brand new oil furnace, forced air in an "octopus" vent system, so we expected to be paying their high range of $500ish. That's half what others have quoted us though. We opted for sanitizer as well (with Moms allergies we decided to since it was being done). That was $200-250. Has a nice lemony scent for a little while, minor. Lasts less than an hour. Tom finished his work 1-2p and while he did turn on furnace to see if debris came out anywhere, nothing of note did at that time. It happened later on that soot and debris came out of all the vents. We contacted Tommy and here's why he gets the five stars he deserves. He immediately apologized profusely. He said while he's not sure why it was doing that now and didn't before, he will come right back out as soon as possible. He couldn't return until Saturday, he was on jobs when we told him (the day after, so one day was in between). And return he did. He texted his arrival time and apologized again when he showed up. He's genuine in demeanor, I don't get that vibe that he knew something was off. He was sincerely sorry and felt bad the job wasn't satisfied, worse felt bad my Mom's allergies were triggered. He spent several more hours this morning cleaning up anything he saw, and of course troubleshot where he thought the catches of debris may have happened. Very "extra" thorough, as best he could. Tommy stood by his work. His very words were he warranties his work, an actual warranty or moral one I don't think that mattered to him. He and I agree, the home's octopus vents and setup possibly made this job more difficult than a usual one. To me, it's how you handle those ones that go haywire that highlight what kind of a person and company you are. These guys passed with flying colors.

They were brought out to look at a sag in the roof of a new addition to a cabin which was completely renovated in 2016/7. They also examined two other parts of the property to offer their opinion, included at no extra charge for the original price of the report which was supposed to focus just on the new addition. In 2019 we chose them to design blueprints to fix the house, which they did for the price quoted in 2018. They worked with us through the process as plans changed once we hired a contractor and removed the ceiling and realized how bad the problem truly was. They also answered my calls as I consulted them during the renovation project. They were both kind and knowledgeable. I would use them again if I had to do it over.

Unfortunately my father in law passed away two weeks ago so spent his last months worried his daughters would not be able to sell the house after he passed. So if you have chosen Turley, do NOT give final payment until you get a lien release from their suppliers.

Brad Latting from Trifecta came out to perform a Home Inspection on a home that I had made an offer on in Bixby OK. I did go in and look at the house but being an out of state buyer, I did not have the time to look at it as well as I would have liked to... Having Brad from Trifecta go out and Inspect the home was the Best thing I could have done. He performed a very detailed and thorough inspection and the write-up and photo gallary was amazing; very informative showing every detail about literally everything - Very Impressive! It was a pleasure working with Brad, especially as first-time homeowners. Throughout, he was responsive in communications and was able to schedule an inspection within a week. In addition to Brad's total home inspection, he was able to subcontract the additional termite and structural engineer inspections we requested while handling all the payments himself. His subcontracted those vendors were also thorough in their reports. Additionally, Trifecta has a great report generation system that comes with tons of photos and is very easy to understand. One great feature is that it clearly tracks recommended repairs that are organized by area of the house. Each repair includes pictures and a complete description of what needs to be done making it really easy to use for the Treatments, Repairs and Replacements report. SAVED US MONEY! Brad was extremely knowledgeable and quick to point out items that we would need to know about in the house, even if it would not necessarily be a "checklist" item. He explained every detail in his report and showed us pictures of what the issue was and where it was in the house. Cdr Engineering Inspections

Gateway mortgage company recommended Roger and CDR inspections to do a structural inspection of one…read moreof our rental properties before approving a refinance. He did not give it a pass, and suggested having nine piers installed around the perimeter of the house. After some due diligence, we discovered that Eden's had already installed piers in 2020, and we communicated this to Roger. He said he would not give the property an OK until the adjustments were made, so we had Edens come out and adjust the piers, as well as add three additional piers to another corner, per Roger's instructions. After completing all work, both we and Chris Padley from Gateway Mortgage have been emailing and contacting Roger for 6 weeks to do a final inspection so that we can move forward with our refinance, and he is disregarding all of our phone calls and emails. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we have ever encountered. We are unable to move forward on our very important refinance until he signs off on this structural inspection. Our lender told us, "I am at a complete loss why he won't respond." Look elsewhere, Roger is not friendly and he's not willing to work with customers.
