He went above and beyond what I would have hoped for in terms of educating me about what services I would likely need, and how to make sure that some other home inspector wouldn't try to take advantage of me. He made some excellent recommendations, and at the end of it all, he even went so far as to say that if I ran into any (proverbial) walls, that I should call him back and he can see what other contacts he has that could help me. This guy didn't even have me as a customer, and yet he was invested in making sure that I got the help I needed. If you're in the Tulsa market and you need home inspections, Dwain at LEDJ Home Inspections is absolutely the place to start. Also, his prices are very reasonable. Another point for him there as well, because he's upfront about his pricing on his website, unlike other home inspectors who make you dig for that information.

We paid Parker for a full inspection on a home in Tulsa…read more The sellers moved out and there were 4 weeks the house sat empty with no one using water, electric, gas, etc. The day we moved in their was NO HOT WATER. We had someone come to look at it, thinking it was just turned off somehow, and he noted in 10 seconds that the the tank was busted and would have to be replaced. From the rust buildup on the tank he agreed that it had to have been broken for quite a while. We reached out to Parker expecting them to agree that someone had failed their job and replace the tank. As expected, they used the month period to insist that "it was working when they inspected it but it busted later". Sure. CYA much? Know that, if you use these guys, they aren't really checking everything and, if you walk into a mess, it's on you to fix it.
