I told him that I couldnt afford a new computer, and he told me how he could sell me one for $100. I asked how much it would be to repair my old one...he said $80. Kept my extra $20 and went for the repairs. During the time he had my computer, the shop has located a little further down in College Park in a Wayfields shopping plaza. Within the first week of having the computer, I realzied that it the MS Office package wasnt working, I took it back to him and he had it up and running in less than 20 minutes. He was professional, and the computer does work....so what more could I have asked for? Oh yeah...he did request his payment in ca$h, but gave me a receipt and a warranty for 90 days on the repair.

That afternoon the well tank starting leaking again. WE have call them at least 5 times and they lied and said they will be out to see what is going on. They never did and when you call them they don't answer their phone. We had to pay more money to another company to get repaired. When their father was living we had no problem, when we had the well put in. Please do not recommend Basford for anything because, they are not reliable and you will be wasting your time waiting on them.
