The guy did want to make it right by replacing the screen again while i waited. He offered a screen protecter as compensation (cheap one telling me it was a 30 dollar value but was just a film). When I got home and gave the phone to my daughter she quickly discovered that the face reconition now dosent work. Its just a cheap trac phone but dont tell people that you can fix anything when you clearly can't. Dont waste money.

However, all April did was take possession of my iPhone and never gave it back to me. The Repair Technician did not call me to update me on my phone repair and after I called the store & April for over two weeks: April informed me that she was sorry, but the "iPhone was lost" because of an "office setup". I was never given a refund, or store credit toward a new iPhone. I suspect that April had no intention of giving my phone back to me, but instead she kept my phone for forensic exploration. Do not get stuck with your iPhone getting stolen "lost" or not repaired at any of Dom's store locations because they all use the same incompetent or dishonest repair technician.
