Very timely response which I appreciated cause my husband not having a phone has been a really annoying experience! When my husband did go in he talked it over with him about the cost which was very reasonable all things considered. He let him know it was a temporary fix and we'd most likely gotten the most life we could out of the phone he didn't push the repair even though it cost him business. Suggested it was probably better to get a new phone instead of doing the fix cause who knew how long it would last. Honest business practices not trying to pull one over on anyone just for a buck in the bank.

I told him that I couldnt afford a new computer, and he told me how he could sell me one for $100. I asked how much it would be to repair my old one...he said $80. Kept my extra $20 and went for the repairs. During the time he had my computer, the shop has located a little further down in College Park in a Wayfields shopping plaza. Within the first week of having the computer, I realzied that it the MS Office package wasnt working, I took it back to him and he had it up and running in less than 20 minutes. He was professional, and the computer does work....so what more could I have asked for? Oh yeah...he did request his payment in ca$h, but gave me a receipt and a warranty for 90 days on the repair.
