This is literally one of the BEST companies that I've dealt with in not only this area but in any…read morearea that I've lived. I called pretty late the night before because my well pump stopped putting out water and left a message because there wasn't much that could be done at that time. I was called back early the next day and promised I'd have someone be at my house about lunchtime. That absolutely happened. What's crazy is that I also called another company that starts with a "C" and almost did an emergency call but instead was told they'd have someone come by the next morning.. well, that didn't happen so when Malloy's called me back, I was all over it. It's wild to me that the other company didn't show up before Malloy's, considering i had a full conversation right after the water went out. More so, Malloy's told me what they thought it could be over the phone and it was a fairly inexpensive fix compared to Culligan. They told me to take a picture of the pump before they even came out, which was a $1.2k job. Malloy's didn't do that but rather let me know the pump and the water tank was good and it seemed air was getting into the system...a wildly cheaper job and instead of probably having a new pump and some pipes re-run by the other company and probably paying out over $1.6k or maybe more. Malloy's worried about only charging me for what I should pay for and it's sad but it floored me because that's such a rarity today. We will eventually have them redo a well for us because I now don't trust any other well company. My only regret about them is that I wished they did plumbing as well because I need some work done in that area and need a company I know that I can trust and that I know is honest, works hard, and communicates...and also delivers on what they promise. To break it down into pros and cons: Pros: Great value concerning cost (cheaper parts and labor) On time Promises made, promises kept Diligent/hard workers Left yard in as good of shape as when they got there Let me be as involved or as hands-off in the job as I wanted (they didn't care if I watched them the whole time) Got the job done and weren't going to leave until it was fixed (thanks guys!) Cons: None... Overall, I wish a lot of other companies would be less greedy and be a lot more like Malloy's. They're a bit of a throwback concerning customer service and costs. Absolutely highly recommended!

We had several well-known water services come out, and Non offered a solution other than a Deepwater well. Malloy was the first one to come out and actually test the water, and was able to use our old existing well and install a new pump which saved us several thousand dollars. we couldn't have been happier with Jimbo and his entire crew. They were on time and even worked Saturday to get it up and running. One of the best service experiences we've ever had. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Most arrogant SOB I have ever dealt with.  3 years ago our home builder hired him to drill…read morethe well.  Between only being on site a couple hours a day and equipment failures, it took them almost 6 months to complete the job. Against better judgement, we called him today after our well failed due to a severe thunderstorm for the repair.  Mr J&W  does not listen to the customer.  While discussing the problem over the phone, his first suggestion was that the tank was water logged.  We may not have the "experience or professional knowledge" he supposedly has, but we knew the tank was not water logged as we had already done research on wells for other reasons. Within a few hours of our call he was able to come to service the well. He looked at the tank for a millisecond, then took a well "control box" out of his truck.  My husband asked if there was a possibility it could just be the relay switch (which is inside the control box, much smaller and costs about 1/2 the price).  He answered " Do you want to fix it?" And turned around to walk back to the truck. Then he faced my husband again and stated that he really is a "nice guy".   That was the 2nd wrong thing to say in less than 2 seconds. My husband replied in no uncertain terms "no you are not." Then Mr. J&W escalated the situation further wanting to duke it out.  Literally.  Thankfully he left the our property without further incident. Knowing this could get ugly, we had another gentleman lined up. Over the phone he actually listened to my husband and his educated guess was the relay valve.  When he came later that day, he actually did some tests on the control box, concluded it was the relay switch, and only fixed what was broke.               Call Water Dan instead. It will be well worth it.

I was very impressed with his willing to help even over the phone.   As it turned out, the first person we called was a nightmare and we called Water Dan back.  Again he answered right away and said he "might" be able to get us in at the end of the day, no promises, but surely the next morning if not. Well, he did come at the end of the day and when he arrived he did some checks on the control box and was able to confirm his suspicions.  Now, the relay switch is inside the control box and the previous  person wanted to change the whole box, which costs a lot more than the relay switch. He changed out the relay switch and our water pump was working again in no time.  He very patiently explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and only fixed what needed fixing.  He cheerfully answered the ton of questions we had. In this day and age when everybody is in a hurry, it was refreshing to encounter someone who was not and gave us all the time we needed, and then some. He has excellent customer service and a very high work ethic.  Hopefully I won't have any further well issues, but if I do, he will be the first person I call. A+++++++++++++++++++++ Thank you Mr. Water Dan.
