He advised that we probably had a main line blockage. We were charged 200.00 for that assessment. Also to mention we paid Odoms 14,000.00 3 years ago to install this septic We called a plumber out the very next day 8/12/25 paid them 216.00 to snake the main line only to find out our septic is indeed full. Rather than doing the right thing Odoms wants to charge us another 450.00 to pump our septic system.

My septic was supposed to have a final inspection within days of me moving four hours to a new town, instead me and my family were homeless for over a month because this company took their sweet time coming to my property and completing the necessary steps to get a final inspection. Without the final inspection on the septic, we could not get a final inspection on the house, therefore we could not get lights nor could we get water. Every time I called in to speak with someone, they acted as if they had no clue who I was even though I had called multiple times before. The woman who was overseeing the work at my property was completely and utterly rude each time I spoke with her, and she hung up in my face three times. She then threatened to do it again because I was upset (understandably) with the lack of communication and service. I would not recommend this company if you actually want to work with a company that cares about their customers and knows how to communicate with them effectively. They over charge, take no responsibility for their screw ups, and blame their customers when they get upset. If I wasn't forced to use this company, I never would have given them my business.
