I took a number and sat down and I wasn't there for one minute when my number was called. Patricia was my phlebotomist today. She had a certificate on her wall showing she had 15 years of service. I commented on it, and she said its more like 17 years now. She did the usual check my ID, check my order, and prepare for the draw. Her stick was excellent, and her touch was extremely gentle. She wrapped me up and sent me on my way. See you all in another six months.
