**PAY ATTENTION TO BILLING** Place Seemed Great at first. Went in for a tooth ache. Long story short.. They thought it was a "bruised tooth" from grinding your teeth, (which in retrospect made zero sense because it was only 1 single tooth.. Wouldn't more than 1 in the area hurt if it was "grinding")? Made a $600 mouth guard that didn't fit or work. They Made me appointments and Had me come in for 2 more "follow-Ups" to see how it worked. Then billed insurance for "Emergency Visits" for each one. Instead of you know.... a Follow up... which the insurance bills way higher and wont cover multiple emergency visits. 3 appointments. No relief. almost $1000 in bills that I'm supposedly responsible for... Went to new dentist. Found I needed a root canal. 2 appointments and its all set. Thank God.
Now Tribury is sending me bills / to collections for the $1000. Even though the insurance company, for the last 6 months, has been telling them to change the billing code for the 2 follow up appointments so they aren't billed as "Emergency Visits"... Because, you know... they weren't. And insurance would then cover it. Even though the insurance company and myself have told them this multiple times, that I should'nt have to pay the upped charges, they refuse to change it. Almost like they make stuff up as they go and try to force more money out of patients. Whole thing is kind of mind blowing and makes no sense.
They gave me bad medical care, didn't fix anything, had the wrong diagnosis and treatment, billed it all incorrectly, and refuse to fix it. Contacting their office or billing personnel is like talking to a tree stump.
Id say if you're going to the dentist for anything more than a cleaning, just go somewhere else. If you think the tooth ache hurts, wait till you feel the headache they'll give you lol.
And no this isn't some spiteful fake review. I literally have a folder of paperwork and emails to prove it. read more
