He previously obtained a forfeit win against another team using similar tactics, and after losing 7-0 to us, he again attempted to lie about our roster numbers to force another forfeit. Given how blatantly he is willing to lie and cheat to gain an advantage, I would seriously second-guess sending my child to a program led by someone who displays this kind of behavior. It reflects very poorly on the integrity of the team and the spirit of the game.

For us, the true testament is seeing how excited our daughter is going to camp every day and picking her up to hear her say "It was awesome!". Her favorite activities are perler beads, water slide, cooking and jewelry making. She also loves performing in the end of camp play. The staff seem to be positive, engaging, caring, and foster a nurturing and experiential environment. Superkickers are quick to answer your questions and adjust their programming based on the needs of the community. For example, our oldest will be enrolling in their (newish) dual language program for the first time this summer. We were concerned that she would forget her Spanish studies over the course of the summer, which could impact her standing in her school's dual language program, but now we feel she will be able to remain fresh on Spanish. We love how all the activities engage the children mentally and physically, the field trip opportunities, and the friends they make. We would highly recommend Superkickers for your summer camp needs.

The intramural soccer league is such a great fit for young budding and enthusiastic players. Coach Stephanie and Coach Juan are warm and encouraging with the players while teaching them important skills and providing a great foundation for the young ones to learn how to play on a team. I love the way they coach -- it is age appropriate but treats them like soccer players and teammates. My son gets so much out of this program. Coach Stephanie clearly thinks through and plans out the practices and my son LOVES going to his games! Coach Juan is great with the kids.

With that said, Super Soccer Stars was the perfect start to our son's soccer journey. This will be our 12th season--he started at age 3 and is now 5--and our son looks forward to each class. All his coaches have fostered values of teamwork, healthy competition, and self-confidence over the years. And they've been attentive to his individual strengths and weaknesses despite being enrolled in group classes. Classes are easy to schedule with multiple locations in Queens and programs are age-specific. I'm surprised by the complaints about customer service and rescheduling. The times that I've been unable to schedule a make-up class, of which there are usually multiple opportunities unless it's the end of the season, they applied a credit toward future sessions. My only gripe is that during inclement weather you don't know whether class is cancelled until the last minute and you're already on the road.

Coach James successfully created an activity that is appropriate to the age kids and is not so complicated for them yet exciting to do. He made sure that kids are paying attention and have the voice of authority that kids listen yet not scared to the coach. The substitute coach is the best as well and made sure and even guided whoever have a hard time understanding the activity tho needs a louder voice so he can get kids attention."
