Having a football crazy son, I was looking for a semi-professional academy to help him grow tactically, technically and professionally. As a community football coach, I am truly grateful to Nahun and his team for what they bring to the table. They understand that football isn't just about physical skill, it's about attitude and building ALL foundations in kids from a young age. The training is catered to appropriate age groups and their dedication to developing well rounded players as athletes AND as good kids is unfounded. They are in tune with their kids, their personalities, skill levels and progress. They are knowledgeable, fair and passionate and give themselves 100% to this academy. While visiting family today we tagged along to join in on a soccer class with 5 Star Soccer Academy. I have three kids under the age of 5 and have been to a lot of sports classes both amazing and ehh. I am also a preschool teacher so I'm a tough judge. I was completely impressed by this class. My 3 year old son has low motor tone, he doesn't often find success in sports classes, but with the quick, fun and age appropriate drills he was able to participate, learn and feel proud of himself. As I was watching the class I questioned whether we could drive here weekly from the Princeton Area... and while that would be crazy, we will sure to be back in the class anytime we visit, because it was that good. This academy is our second family. The drills that are taught, the coaching, the reinforced teamwork, the skills the kids learn are all superb. I have an Early Childhood background and I am a tough audience and this academy has surpassed my expectations for my boy. He continues to grow in his soccer skills, he is always motivated and we have made so many great friends because everybody has the best heart and they all have been very supportive. 5 Star Soccer goes beyond expectations! After looking around for soccer classes for our 4 yr old son, we found 5 Star. Each session is tailored towards the students needs and drills change so that students are never bored. Coaches are positive and engaging with students are always encouraging them to bring out their best. Our son looks forward to each session and has grown so much in the 6 months that he's started. Nahun is amazing coach who really believes in his students and is present at all times. He often volunteers in the community and encourages players (and families) to join in too. This is the best thing I did for my son. I have tried others but this one is amazing!!! First of all the coach, Nahun is one of the most passionate, kind, generous people I have met. He loves his craft and he wants to share it with these kids. He's very understanding and is excellent with the kids and the parents. My son loves going to practice and loves competing in games. His staff is also very talented and they all work so well with the kids. Nahun likes to motivate the kids and does very nice things for them. 5 Star Soccer Academy has been a life saver for me i have two kids that are super energetic and needed to run.( They almost ripped apart my house in 100 pieces). We've had 2 kids signed up with 5 Star for a year and half after two different families recommended it. Both kids progressed quickly under Nahun's intensive but fun program. I have two kids in the academy my daughter who's 5 with little to no experience in soccer has grown so much with skills and strength and has improved dramatically since the time here. My son who is 7 has learned discipline and focus and control of the ball the coaches are extremely friendly and take their time with the kids to help them improve. I couldn't be happier to find 5 Star Soccer Academy. All the coaches are professional (and not volunteers like most of soccer schools) which means that the training is really on top and meet every child's need. My son is so happy to go there every time and I saw a lot of progress since he started! We just finished the indoor training and coach Nahun organised a big celebration for the children and everyone loved it. By far the best soccer/football academy I could have sent my son to. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, professional and very courteous but they got my son to focus (which doesn't happen very often) and fully enjoy his training so much so that it is always a struggle to get home to leave the training grounds. My 8 year old daughter loves the practice she gets with 5 Star. I find her randomly doing footwork and ball drills around the house now. The Academy is a great venue for kids to work on the basic skills of the game but also have fun.
