We love TriBecca Allie Cafe! We have been coming for years with friends, and the service and food has been consistently good! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We placed an order for a to go pizza before we went to see a play next door, and it was ready at the perfect time! For seating, we were able to find a table but were a little bit cramped. I would recommend calling and getting a reservation for a larger party if possible! They used to have an upstairs for seating, but when we came in they didn't seem to offer it to us! I'm not sure if that's something they stopped during Covid and maybe never opened back up? Our favorite is the Magnolia Rosa, which has salad on the top! It does have pecans on it, so if someone has an allergy in your party be sure to be mindful of that! The dough has the perfect texture and not too dense. We shared a large pie with mushrooms, sausage, and red onions. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors balanced really nicely together. The cheese was gooey and satisfying, and they didn't skimp on the toppings. Ambiance was chill open kitchen, good lighting, and clean tables. Thanks to my brother in law, I have tried pizza all over the world. This place should not be missed. It is the best pizza I have had outside of New York City. The flavors are amazing. Local hand made food with spectacular ingredients, in a charming setting, with an old town laid back kind of feel, accompanied by bad ass brick oven pizza and appetizers! What more could you ask for???? I stopped by on a whim all alone while driving home from a trip to southern MS. I was hungry and was really going to wait until I was closer to Memphis to eat. Pulled out the Yelp app and a bookmark from long ago appeared... then I remembered reading about this place winning a big award for their pizza. I am so glad I made my way here. I sat the bar right in front of the gentleman making all of the pizzas. I noticed he looked a little too "into it" to be just an employee. My server was helping me decide what to order and asked about what kind of stuff I liked. I mentioned my love for Margherita pizza and my intense passion for pepperoni and Italian meats. The "pizza cook" popped his head up and says "I'll make you the best of both"! I instantly agree and off he went. He made a combination of the Margherita and the Diavola pizza off of the menu. I watched it cook with extreme anticipation... While it was getting all toasty I struck up a conversation with the "pizza cook". It turns out he was the owner. He was there on a Saturday night making each and every pizza. His lovely wife was in the kitchen too. She was prepping and sorting things out. He was great to chat with, and showed me a picture album of when they were building the restaurant after I asked him about his oven. He made it himself into the side of the building. It just doesn't get better than this folks! Dinner and intriguing conversation with a true pizza artist! I was in heaven! I'll just try and cut it short here because this one is getting long winded. If I went into detail about the pizza it would exceed character limits I assure you. The pizza is phenomenal!!! This was a perfect dinner after a long day of spring-break driving. Cozy and friendly- they seem to do a lot of carry-out but also have a counter and a handful of shiftable two-tops. Wood-fired 12-inch pizzas with a handful of Italian flavors (diavola, margarita, carne(?), florentine, and pick-your-own. You order at the register from the sweet owner, and then grab your drinks from the cooler on your way to grabbing seating and settle up at the register before departure. We had both the margarita and the diavola and they were both fantastic. There are also limited quantity house-made desserts too (cookies/brownies) which are also super. This is a true gem hidden in Sardis, MS. My Wife and I dined there tonight after watching the awards pile of for the NYC transplants turned Mississippians. It did not dissapoint. The Florentine ane Diavola pizzas were a true delight. The pizza is fresh and areives quickly due to the custom wood burning pizza oven built by the owner. This is an artisan pizza. We also took a loaf of bread to go and it was delcious as well. We are already planning to return very soon. read more

Went on a Friday night. Small, quaint atmosphere with more seating upstairs. Very inviting. Small but stout menu. All the appetizers sounded wonderful - we settled on spinach-artichoke dip which came with slices of toasted bread which could have been toasted a bit longer and our friends had the wood fired mushrooms which came with thin slices of crusty bread which was perfect for soaking up the juice they were cooked in. We all raved about how good our appetizers were. Their pizzas are 12" but seemed larger. We and our friends both ordered the "meat lovers" so I wish I could rate more than one. Ours was fabulous - thin, crispy crust baked perfectly, well seasoned with fresh ingredients, cheese melting all over the place. It was to die for! Our friends raved how good theirs was also. In looking at the pizzas other tables were getting they looked so good. Their desserts sounded fab and the owner told us about their dessert house next door where they had Gelato and other ice cream and homemade desserts but we were much too full although it sounded fab. I stopped in to grab a pie from what I've read to be the Best Pizza in Mississippi. The lunch menu was Pizza with a couple sammich specials. I'm a sucker for pepperoni pizza but I saw they had won a national award with the Insalata Magnolia Rosa pizza. It is a balsamic tossed salad on a white cheese pizza. It was good. This restaurant is just amazing. I have never, ever, EVER heard of anyone leaving here disappointed. My friend and I drove 30 minutes to get here, and it was completely worth it. It is very quaint and comforting, and the pizza I had was probably the best I've ever had in my life. Interestingly, after eating pizza throughout Italy, I would say that this small restaurant in Mississippi beats many of them. The crust is super doughy and delicious, and the pizza was so flavorful. I've eaten pizza from many well regarded places and I'd put the award winning Magnolia Rosa Insalata pie up there above anything I've had....as a matter of fact there isn't even a close second. I haven't been going out for pizza lately as I've been perfecting my pizza on the grill, and frankly most of the pizza in Mississippi I can do better at home. When I read about this place I had to give it a try so my wife and I drove over after church. We had the Magnolia Rose Insalata Pizza and the Diavola. Honestly probably wouldn't have bothered with a no meat pizza like the Magnolia had it not won an award. Even reading the description doesn't adequately prepare you for how well these flavors work together. These guys didn't just throw these together on the first try I'm guessing. The spicy arugula, the shaved red onion, the salty pecarino cheese, and the wonderful char on the crust that you only get with a great pizza oven and practice made for a special experience. The Diavola was a very simple pepperoni and fresh basil pie done to perfection, with a little kick from the red pepper. When you go simple, the quality of ingredients have to be good and they are. We ended with the chocolate walnut cobbler which was good and bread-y, not too sweet, with the nice addition of a mini ice cream sandwich! Call before coming as hours change. Exceeded my expectations. Pizza is my favorite food, so I've tried my fair share of pizzerias. Let's just say that this place assured my future business and loyalty when I'm heading south through Mississippi (and occasionally when I want to make the short drive from Southaven). Surprised, as a Mississippi native, to have first learned of this little place from Yelp reviewers. It's a short distance off the highway and well worth the stop. We started with Oak Roasted Olives which are delicious and different from any other preparation of olives I've had. Featured are several interesting varieties of olives served directly from the oven sizzling with garlic and pecans. We tried the Magnolia Rosa Insalata and the Polpette. Both were unique and delicious. I preferred the Polpette because I love red sauce. The meatballs were sliced thin and it was seasoned with fresh herbs. The crust is a thin wood fired crust cooked perfectly. The Magnolia Rosa Insalata is like eating a delicious Mediterranean salad on warm cheesy bread. It would be great for a light lunch. The owner came out to say hello where we sat on a side patio with our pup. She's obviously a dog lover and made us feel like friends stopping by for a visit. The patio is enclosed and pet friendly. Nothing but love for this place. The pizza is seriously out of this world. I live in memphis and I gladly drive 1 hour to and 1 hour back for their food. This ia definitely the pizza place you need to go to!! My favourite was definitely the magnolia rosa insalata. It's not surprise that it is the runner up in american pizza championship. The pizza is on the vegetarian side but to be honest, I am a big meat eater and for a veggie pizza to be my favorite speaks volume! We also tried the amante di carne which is basically meat lovers pizza. It was yummy but it was a little to salty for me. We also tried the parchment shrimp and andoullie sausage special because we came in starved. It was a good portion to share between 2 person appetizer wise.
