Chili's after-church lunch with my family while my daughter is home from college was a great experience. The restaurant was clean, fully staffed, and the service was timely and courteous. Our wait staff was attentive and clearly on top of their game, friendly, upbeat, and engaging throughout the meal. I had my doubts when we walked into the Chilis location as we passed through the area. The staff seemed unaware of the chaos that was ensuing on a busy Friday night. We had concerns about our waitress because she seemed unfamiliar with the menu or whether there was a happy hour. But let me tell you, even though the Friday evening chaos abounded, our girl did not let us down, we had several request and changed things up more than once. The food was nicely prepared and delivered-in a timely fashion without one hiccup. So proud of our waitress for keeping it together and very sorry we questioned her abilities. Great job! read more

Hello, for starters we got there around 7:00pm and were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait, eventually at 8:15 we were seated. Staff was nice and very hellful, the bad part was the food. Once food arrived to the table we started eating as normal and about five minutes later we realised the steak that comes with there faighta was red, aka uncooked. This Chilis has gotten a lot better. I mean service has really improved over the years. For example, you place your order with your server and when it is ready, someone from the kitchen will bring it to you. That's how it should be. This means you don't have to depend on your waitress to keep checking on your order constantly when it's ready to bring it to you. Someone else does that. That means faster service. How cool is that. Menu items ordered: California Club Sandwich, French fries and a coke. I really enjoyed the club sandwich. In fact, it was so big that I had to get a to go plate for leftovers. As far as customer service is concerned. Well, since someone from the kitchen brings your order, your wait is cut into. My waitress took care of me and she kept my drink full at all times with a refill when I needed it. She was nice and friendly too. She even gave me to go cup with a coke for on the road. Now, that's customer service. One tip I would give, is to come after 1pm for lunch when everyone leaves to go back to work. So, they won't be busy waiting on the lunch crowd. Walked in and it looked like a tornado had hit. Napkins, trash and food all over the floor. Sat at the sticky dirt bar and ordered the Southwest Salad, my go-to when I'm stuck at a Chili's. It used to be good (haven't been to a Chili's in years) but tonight It was awful, practically inedible, although surprisingly the chicken was OK. It was topped with stale tortilla strips which ruined the mediocrity of the rest of the stuff they threw on my plate. A few months ago we came here for Sunday lunch. The service was horrible. Didn't get some of our order, ended up taking our apps to go because they forgot them...the whole ordeal took forever. After getting seated, it took 15 minutes just for somebody to come to our table, so we sat that long without drinks initially. Ordered drinks, and an appetizer. Purposely not ordering entrees at the same time so our app actually came - Drinks came - minus my bar drink, and shortly there after so did the app. 20 minutes later, we finally got our mains ordered, all while still missing my Bloody Mary. I did end up getting my drink 25 minutes after ordering it, but the food took almost an HOUR to get after ordering!...my steak was cooked to death, and I was missing my extra side of broccoli. Waitress she was going to come back with it and never did. We ate our food and ditched. We will never be coming back to this location. We choose Chili's because it is a national brand that we are all familiar with. This Chili's is not like our Chili's. Eat here on a busy Friday night with four friends. Expected slow service but Mary was awesome. Great service, very prompt, and good food.

Arrived and was told 20 minute wait. No problem. A large group came in that had already reserved their spot, but the restaurant knew they were coming. Thirty minutes passed so I went to the host to see how much longer. She rudely told me that it would be a two hour wait because of the large group that came in. I made sure she knew we were on the list, and that we had been told 20 minutes when we arrived. I asked why we hadn't been notified of the increase in wait time. Her response was that we could speak to a manager, but there wasn't anything she could do. We left and went somewhere else. Received a call thirty minutes after we left to let us know it would be an additional thirty minutes, and wanted to make sure that was okay. Ridiculous! I let her know we were already eating somewhere else and wouldn't be back. If you have a large group coming in (which they did), and you don't think you can handle it, just be honest. I stop by to eat and when am on the road by myself, I usually will sit at the bar to eat. I was very impress with the service there! the bartender are very friendly and if you ask to have a certain game put on the tv, they do it with a smile. They messed up and brought asparagus out instead of broccoli on one of the orders. We told the waitress and she said she would go ahead and bring the broccoli out. She never did. I fact they charged us for the asparagus, we did not dispute as we were relatively unattended to, were not given refills until the waitress came back with the bill and asked if we needed anything. Food was just ok. Asparagus was not good at all. Color us unimpressed and we won't be back. I had to ask to be seated. I sat here for at least 10 minutes before someone came to the table. Seriously, at least 10 minutes!!! Then, someone came and asked for a drink order and disappeared. Ten minutes later someone else came and asked for a drink order. This is pitiful. I've ordered now and waiting on my food. I wonder if they will manage to get Nachos made in less than an hour. She was the only one working the bar area, where we were seated in a booth. She was incredibly busy, yet we were served quickly. She was very friendly and professional! After we were seated, no one came to the table. We began to worry that even if someone did come to take our order, it would be cold by the time it was brought out. Sitting there being ignored again for another long while, we had time to notice that it did not seem clean. It was noisy and chaotic. The atmosphere was nonexistent with loud people and unruly children at almost every table. It was not a good vibe at all. We went next door to KC Steakhouse and Seafood and had great service and a great meal with no stress.
