We attended a beautiful family wedding here in the beginning of August, and are still in awe of what an amazingly gorgeous setting it truly was!! From the wonderful rooftop ceremony, followed by the sunset cocktail hour, then the wonderful dinner in the beautifully decorated ball room, this is an amazing place that will work with the bride, groom, families and guests to create a PERFECT event from beginning to end!! NYC weddings are (often) an EVENT, and this one definitely was a well-orchestrated, once-in-a-lifetime event for all who attended. Not a single detail was left out, and the bride and groom, friends and family all seemed to genuinely have a wonderful time. THANKS, Tribeca Rooftop, for helping to stage a BEAUTIFUL, unforgettable night!!

Attended a charity event last night hosted by my job. TriBeCa Rooftop is a beautiful place to hold an event. It was a beautiful November night that we were able to enjoy the rooftop. Pros: - Spectacular views of the city - Amazing and professional staff - beautiful venue with nice chandeliers - freshly made sushi - awesome - deserts were delicious : chocolate mouse, cheesecake, and freshly made chocolate chip cookies with a shot glass of milk Cons: - parking sucks, which this place had a parking garage would have made life much more easier - entree meal was blah - the usual catered turkey, pasta, salad, and beef

Had our company's holiday party at Tribeca Rooftop for the past 4 years, and it is always the one thing that many people look forward to every holiday season. Everything always feels very upscale here, and if you haven't checked out the view from the roof, trust me, it's worth braving the cold for that perfect picture. My one regret is that I wish I snuck in a few more pictures before everyone started showing up because my pictures don't do this place justice. Not sure how it works, but I believe the venue has certain food vendors they work with, and the sushi bar/ cocktail hour is amazing. I find myself always stuffed before the actual dinner starts. The space itself is massive, and is the perfect size for about 400-500 people, and it's conveniently located a few blocks from the 1 train.

I would say this spot is really fancy, definitely in between great and oh this is just okay. I was here a few weeks ago for an event. Just Blaze a very famous hip hop DJ was here and so was DJ Envy and they just helped everyone have a good time here playing their music. Pusha T was there too, but he was just there to Party not perform. It was cool, seeing him randomly walk by me. It was actually a BACARDI event and there was shots called the THREE POINTER and some other Mango based alcohol on display. There was a big SNEAKERHEAD display, seriously a sick collection. I think this was a tight party to get in, there was a strict list, almost a level three party. I was lucky to get in myself. It was an amazing space to finally check out. Both floors in the place are really huge. The upstairs had the bathroom for this event, at least just for the Men. The bars were crowded but not too overcrowded where you could not move. It seemed like everyone who managed to get in, had a really good time enjoying the space.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding here last week and LOVED the space. Huge bar/cocktail area, big dinner area, fun dance floor, and lots of pretty, open space. The rooftop ain't too shabby, either. I'm only guessing it's very expensive here, but if you're at a wedding and you're not the bride, the groom, or the parents, chances are it's free for you!

Wanna get married and have the money to spend on the perfect NYC venue? Yeah, the rooftop is it. Attended my friends wedding here and was impressed thru & thru with the service, setup, location, decor. It's slick, modern and minimalistic and setup nearly perfect for many rooftop, outdoor/indoor events such as weddings, parties, receptions and other social gathering. Whoever picked out that building is brillaint because somehow, despite being in the middle of tribeca, you get breathtaking views of water and city across the way as well as a view of lower manhattan during the evening and nighttime. Indoors is equally impressive with multiple bar, dance areas and plenty of space for all but the largest of wedding parties. I don't know much organizing such affairs but this looks like a great place to attend. Security is pretty tight to insure a minimum of unwanted party guests and you have to be led to elevators to reach the actual venue location. To the reviewer who gave a 1 star review, yes it's a space and it is what you make of it. Perhaps that event organizer didn't make good use of it at all, or maybe it was in some state of remodel at the time because I don't see at all any of the problems he mentioned.

I'm very sensitive to salt and am known for undersalting my own cooking, so I rarely think food is under-seasoned. But it genuinely felt like no salt was used in the kitchen here. We came for my birthday, and my partner only selected "birthday" on the reservation because the reservation app specifically asked whether we were celebrating an occasion. We were not requesting a birthday dessert or any special treatment. Then, when we arrived, our server asked if we were celebrating anything, and we simply answered, "Yes." A little later, the server brought out a scoop of ice cream that we never ordered, requested, or even hinted that we wanted. To our surprise, we were then charged $12 for it. At no point did anyone mention that the dessert was an item we would be paying for. Had we known it wasn't complimentary, we never would have indicated it was my birthday on the reservation or answered the server's question. We didn't even eat the ice cream because we hadn't wanted dessert in the first place. Rather than make a scene, we paid the charge, but it left a very negative impression. It's frustrating to be billed for something you never ordered, especially when the only reason your birthday was mentioned at all was because the reservation app and the server asked. A birthday shouldn't result in an unexpected charge for an unsolicited dessert.

It's a sleek but interesting space - the overall building was built as a townhouse in the 1840's but has housed a General Store, family business, and a chorizo factory over the years before housing the first cast of MTV's Real World. The ground floor is very nice, shiny dark wood flooring, interesting furnishings, and a small garden in the back. In the basement there is a tiny speakeasy bar furnished with various period curios as well as restrooms and a small kitchen. Both floors are fairly long and narrow, maybe 2000 sq feet combined? Convenient and chic location and I think the space would work for a variety of purposes.

She was warm during our initial tour, but once the contract was signed, communication became inconsistent and every conversation felt combative and unnecessarily rude. From the beginning, our timeline was a 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM open bar, using the Triplex until 11:00 PM and the Speakeasy from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM, which we'd rented for an additional $2,500. It was the timeline we developed with 632's own preferred caterer, and everything else, including catering, music, late-night food, and vendor schedules, was built around it. Then, less than a month before the wedding, Karen said she had decided she wasn't okay with eight hours of bar service anymore. Nothing had changed except her mind. We were suddenly forced to either cut cocktails during cocktail hour or shorten our after-party, despite already paying for both. We tried to find a compromise. Every suggestion was shut down. In the end, we spent thousands more booking a separate after-party venue, while also eating the cost of vendors like our DJ and photographer, whose hours had already been scheduled and paid for based on the original timeline. By the end of it all, we were so mentally drained that we didn't even do our rehearsal at the venue because we couldn't deal with another interaction. Then it took seven weeks and multiple follow-up emails just to get our security deposit back. If you value being treated with respect during one of the most important events of your life, look elsewhere. The venue is gorgeous. The owner is not someone you want to deal with.
