Michael was so clearly not interested in doing a good job that I went to the next Lenscrafters over, they stated that Michael was known for being a problem and they'd have several complaints about him from customers switching locations to avoid him, the tech at the second Lenscrafters found the glasses as I'd requested online which including the specifications I'd asked for were $200 less than what Michael had quoted, so I cancelled the original sale and bought at the new location instead. I don't know if Michael is just completely incompetent or if he gets off on fucking over handicapped people, but either way he should be fired - bad attitude and does a bad job

These people are worthless and rude find you another place. Doctor got an attitude because I asked if he can wash his hands before he touch my face. Cost me about four hours of my time including a 2+ hour drive to Greenville, SC. WP retail where " DAVID" quickly determined that the dingbat in Raleigh SC Had reinstalled/crisscrossed my lens... Needed my test results to take to the VA to get cataract surgery, took over a month, several phone calls (can't call the Greenville office directly) and then I ended up having to go back in to the office to get the test results. I think their vision testing equipment is top of the line, the Dr was awesome, the front staff leaves a lot to be desired.

I have found the Doctor and staff to be fantastic. They alerted me to potential problems and how they were checking annually to ensure we addressed them if needed. The frame selection is good, and for the first time in my life, I was able to get the same frames that I had last year (and I love). Price-wise, it is obviously insurance-dependent, but I am paying less now than I did a few years back. Lastly, I was told to expect my frames back in two weeks, and I received my progressives with all the bells and whistles in 5 business days (even with a holiday and weekend in the middle)! So quick!

It can become embarrassing but Jervey has been very supportive and I get rescheduled in just a matter of days if someone does like I do. Jervey's technicians and optometrists are very cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and are up to date with equipment and what is happening in your eyes and what it is you need. I have been going there over 5 years and, as far as it goes, they will be handling my eyecare for as long as it is needed .
