It can become embarrassing but Jervey has been very supportive and I get rescheduled in just a matter of days if someone does like I do. Jervey's technicians and optometrists are very cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and are up to date with equipment and what is happening in your eyes and what it is you need. I have been going there over 5 years and, as far as it goes, they will be handling my eyecare for as long as it is needed .

This is the first pair after at least 20 years of wearing progressive that I can see the markings on the lenses. The markings are obstructing my vision so these new glasses are horrible. I will never fill a prescription for glasses with them again. And of course I paid a lot for them. I'll return for my check ups but it's a hard no on product.

The diagnosis turned out to be a common one, so you would think that office staff would have heard the term before. And because I was not an established patient, they declined to make an appointment with me. I will look for care elsewhere! By the way, I just called another practice--and they got me in right away!
