When a patient calls begging to be seen, see the patient. The response "He was just seen in March", doesn't help when it's the end of October. Things can and do change. Just a reminder Emergency Rooms and Urgent Care Offices don't have the equipment to check your eyes. If you value your eye sight don't depend on Medicus. Dr. Mark Wolken performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and also one of my husband's eyes. We felt no pain during the surgery. He is an excellent surgeon. I had no problems during recovery. Set up an appt over the phone for a month out, confirmed appt in text message, literally days before appt they calls to say they're canceling it and need to reschedule but can't fit me in that week. It's like they don't realize people have to miss work and set up vacation time in advance. I called around and got a new patient appt in the same week somewhere else. Giving them a 2nd star because the family thought it was better than Stanton optical but not by much. Will be moving everyone out of their future appts here because of the hassle they cause new patients to deal with. read more

I was referred to Dr. Rossow by a friend who has had a wonderful experiences with her since she's joined the Medicus team. I've been working on a skincare regimen with Dr. Rossow since late summer 2023. I've had the best experience with her.
