The doctor's office was unable to resolve the issue, so I had to drive back to the doctor's office in Greenville to get a paper copy. By the time I got back to EyeMart, I had less time than needed for the in-house lab to make the glasses. Listening to me lament that the glasses I had ordered at the eye doctor's wouldn't arrive for weeks, and that I didn't have a car available during weekdays to come back to EyeMart in the next few days, Victoria spoke with the lab technician in the back, and encouraged him to make his best effort to make the glasses before the store closed. He did, and I was surprised and thrilled! Victoria was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with as well, helping me find affordable frames after having spent a lot of money at the doctor's office. Like many, I find that good customer service is rare these days, and appreciate it greatly whenever I receive it! Kudos to Victoria!! She made my day.

When you come to get it, they don't have a copy of it in your file so you then wait for the dr to be done with his appt so he can write out your prescription. That is assuming they can find your file(they searched for 2 weeks trying find my sons file so we could new contacts. I have been trying to get a copy of my prescription for several days with no success.

I…read morelive in Greenville, it's about 45 min , I could have chosen to find another Optometrist in Greenville instead of driving all the way to Clemson , but I kept my loyalty to this business. for the first time I was late 15 min , I tried to check in , I was told I had to reschedule , i was told that I got there at 11:47 . No flexibility , even tho was my first time , even though it has been raining all day. the office manger and the check in receptionist have no regard for their patients , 2 minutes out of the 15 min rule , for a patient that have been with them and on time for years . Where is the patient rights when the doctor is behind and we have to wait 20 or 30 min passed our appointment time ? , do we get a discount ? . We have as Patients have no rights , it means we are of no value , the only time that it matters and is important is the Optometrist's time . I surely will not go back to this practice.
