I've lived in town for about 4…read moremonths now and constantly go up to amigos convenience store to purchase two cartons of cigarettes a week ,(crown menthol dark 100 s) . Everything was fine until one of the employees started refusing to sell me cartons, this is the long haired ,heavy set dark skinned employee that is there every Friday at 1:00 p.m. , even if there are multiple cartons on the shelf he refuses to sell a carton to me and is extremely rude about it, this has happened on multiple occasions. And each time I have to go down to the triangle to get cigarettes which is very inconvenient. Also they can't seem to keep this product in stock.

Stopped in for gas and lottery tickets. The clerk did not add the extra which I asked for and then…read moretried to cover up his error by calling me a liar, that I didn't tell him to add the extra. I would be happy to review the cameras but not worth my time. Anyone that sells lottery tickets and knows what they are doing would ask the customer if they want the extra if they don't hear it from the customer, to avoid any misunderstandings. To be told "tough luck" for their error is just wrong. The asst. supervisor tried to call her corporate office but apparently has no authority? I would probably not have let the clerk pay for it out of his own pocket if he had been more honest about it. I am sure that is why he behaved so poorly about it. Needless to say, I left without gas and the last lottery tickets, or anything else for that matter, that I will ever purchase there again.
