Avoid at all cost! Terrible service and scam company. Auction on a new product and received a damaged product. They wouldn't discount it for the obvious lies they sold for the auction. We took a refund but sadly it was wasted time and effort . Management would not work with us in terms of discounted as now the price we paid is not worth that amount but they said we just have to reauction it. We ask if we could have it discounted or a credit for future for the inconvience but they said no. So wasted time and effort to drive over for a lie. Seems like the workers just put new on it to scam people instead of taking 1 second to see the damage and it a used product. SCAM! Advertised items as "Condition A = Brand New" does not actually mean what it says. We bid for an ite, paid up and won and the definition was clearly not accurate as it was used and not in same condition. Immediately when I looked at the item it was 100% damage and used. Customer service at the desk mentioned their workers made a determination and "inspection" of the item but it's clearly a broken process since how off the mark they were. Manager was unaccommodating and condescending. They have no repercussions for wrongly advertising and defining a product condition and didn't seem like they had any desire to fix it. The buyer (you and me) bear the full responsibility for their inadequate process. Do not waste your time bidding, let alone driving to the location Very unfortunate as I was looking forward to doing business at with them. I bought from here about 15 or more times of various pallets. Found some great deals and got excited about the bidding process with Triangle. I had bought a few items on pallets that didn't work which was fine because that's the risk you take. Once there was a pallet of fencing that was for sale I wanted to purchase, I went to inspect that the pallet I had bid on and was advertised as such a type and brand (photos would not do justice and could not confirm prior it was in SC), I refused to pay for the pallet telling the manager that it was not what was advertised, after which they banned my account. If I purchase a pallet of oranges and you bring me a pallet of apples then how can you be upset that you lied not me. They need to work on how they take responsibility for their advertisement. read more

Purchased an above ground pool that was missing the pump, filter, all tubing, various other critical components all of which were advertised as included with purchase. The only components in the box were the framing and the pool liner which was riddled with over a dozen holes and rips that were too big to patch. Absolute scam artists and should be shut down! Terrible experience! After being told we were good and not to worry about the items we didn't pick up- it was a lie. We were banned and told there would be a fine for us to come back via email. The manager told the cashier not to tell us because we would leave and get an email notification of the ban later. So, we were outright lied to about us "being good". I have no idea there's something like this even existed in the Raleigh Durham area. I happen to be stumbling across business is on Facebook and ran into this business. Triangle liquidators are really unique because they simply sell pallets. Those pallets can be anything from one major item to many many smaller items. What brought me all the way out to this side of town was curiosity. I wanted to see if it was true. You can actually purchase pallets for a great price so I guess it is true. There are a few things that you want to be made aware of. All of the pallets contain a variety of items and some of those items could potentially be damaged so watch out for that. Other than that you pay your money and you receive a full pallet that you can take with you on the same day. I Later just found out that they host auctions on Facebook. I would encourage you to jump on Facebook and find their page. Check out the options that they as you might have potential of getting your pallet for a fraction of the cost. The establishment is located in the downtown area of Fuquay Varina. There is a decent parking across the street and the staff were all helpful. read more

It would seem that perhaps the employees enjoy the products and toss the boxes back in and unsuspecting purchasers believe they are receiving product that isn't there. It isn't just in one pallet--it happens across nearly ALL their pallets. Ironically, other liquidators from the same store have product in all their boxes...Hmmmmmm....buyer beware! read more
