Then we went to Rooms Xpress. Drew was awesome and went above and beyond to help me out. He worked with me to find something I liked, that could be made and delivered in time, and then he gave me a discount. He texted his furniture rep to confirm my timeline could be met, and guaranteed a preferred delivery slot to accommodate the place where it would be delivered. He even held two delivery times for me in case there was a delay in the shipment. He kept me informed the whole time so I didn't have to worry about this furniture. Delivery went off without a problem and his delivery team was able to follow the non-standard directions. Now my son won't be sleeping on the floor. I will definitely shop here the next time I need furniture.

For those looking for an estate sales company there are many things to consider. When you go into an estate sale, you give your prized family possession to someone to sell and hope they go for a fair market value. When you work with Estate Sales companies they make the price and it sells for what they believe the value is. Be sure that you discuss what the bottom dollar is for items you are passionate about. This will save any confusion or heart ache later! We received a check a month later and shortly after that a breakdown of sales. Had we known what some items would sell for we would have kept them. Communication and understanding of the process it key!

I was greeted by a friendly sales person when I walked in and she asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said I had a few favorite brands and she immediately directed me to Lilly Pulitzer and Free People. I haven't seen so much Lilly in one store before, I was curious how they got that. I ended up with a Free People top and two pairs of Paige jeans. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stop by Fifi's to see their selection once more. One thing to note: they are a bagless company. I had a good laugh when the saleswoman asked, "we are bagless, is that ok?" and I replied "what would you do if I said no?" she didn't have a response for me, haha!

The two people they sent to my house this last time looked like were in no shape to lift anything--including the relatively new queen size mattress and box spring I was willing to donate. Then, they wanted me to sign a waiver stating if they broke stuff in my home...I would just have to eat it. Luckily for me, I ended up giving the bed set to a neighbor who was extremely appreciative. I'm done with these Habitat pick up service. They make it so hard to give them good stuff.

They took the time to carefully and accurately determine what I had (awesome-high tech tools!). Their offer was more than fair, and was as good or better than the offers I received from a couple of other shops in the area, so I went ahead and made the deal! They were very friendly and I really felt appreciated as a customer. I will be back!
