The WORST experience EVER I was referred to TiC- Mebane and had my first appointment in January, 2025. January They asked me if I could come in an hour earlier because they had a cancelation, I agreed. I showed up an hour earlier than my original appointment. I sat there for over an hour waiting to be called back for my appointment. They reason they gave was that they didn't have my x-rays from my Dentist. They knew I was coming for a month, and they didn't request them until I got there for my appointment. NOTE: my Dentist had only taken two small xrays. The referral was for one extraction and to check another tooth. Dr. Park came in and told me he was going to pull two teeth. I told him NO that the referral was for one tooth. He NEVER looked in my mouth and based everything on the two small xrays and the referral. He was with me less than 5 minutes and this was the ONLY time he spoke to me. February I had an appointment for late February to have the tooth pulled. Unfortunately, I went to the hospital for a preexistence in early February. I contacted them to let them know. They told me they spoke to the anesthesiologist and he said I needed a release from the doctor, and we would have to delay the visit. March I obtained a release from my doctor and submitted it to them. I got a call that their electricity went out and we would have to reschedule. April I had to cancel my appointment due to a conflict with my work schedule. May I come in for the extraction. I didn't bring my phone since I was there for them to extract the tooth. My son came with me because they said someone had to drive me home. I got called back and sat in the chair. Since I was having anesthesia, she put leads on my chest and back so they could monitor my vitals. I spoke with her about the reason we canceled my appointment in February. She seemed surprised. After sitting there waiting for two hours, the anesthesiologist came in and told me he needed test results in addition to the release. He apologized and gave me a piece of paper to have my doctor fill out and returned to them. He told me they would schedule me quickly as soon as they got the paperwork back. I saw my Doctor on the 24th and gave them the paperwork and they faxed it before I left their office. I finally heard back from them in LATE June. They scheduled me for July 3rd. July Again, they called and asked if I could come an hour earlier because they had a cancelation. The waiting room was FULL. It felt like an assembly line-even more so once I got in the back. The nurse took me back and got me started. After an hour, the anesthesiologist came in had put in the IV. What he didn't tell me was that he also put in some medication to relax me. Every other time I have had anesthesia; they inform me of every step along the way. NOT here. So, he gave me the sleeping medication and I was out. Dr. Park stood in the back of the room until I was under. He never spoke to me. He DID pull two teeth instead of the one identified by my Dentist. He was not there - that I can recall - when I woke up. It took him less than 30 minutes to pull my teeth. They woke me up and started steering me out of the office. They gave me one pack of gauze and a number to text if I had any questions. I was still out of it when they took me out of the chair. There were people on each of my elbows holding me up and guiding me to my son's truck. They didn't give me any instructions on how to care for the open wounds in my mouth. I did send one text that was never answered. There is no follow up appointment or even a call to see if you are okay. Two weeks later my jaw was still swollen and bruised. On the third week I pulled out a piece of my tooth that had broken off during his extraction. DO NOT GO TO THE TRIANGLE IMPLANT CENTER IN MEBANE. read more

Beware when you have a implant put in and it fails that there is no insurance to put it in nor take it out. Dr Park said he would give me a discount on removing it I just had it removed cost me $2,200 plus 3%, because using a credit card came to $2266. For removal and Bone draft to fill in the hole. I would hate to see what it would have been without a big discount. read more

The bad reviews don't do justice to this place. Everyone was so kind to me. The process was so easy as well as the recovery. In my first experience I didn't go through anything the bad reviews mentioned. Especially to my nurses I could not explain how much I appreciate them. Truly a great place! read more

Bad service they convinced me to take a needle instead of putting me under and we're brutal to my gums when removing my teeth and tore my gums horribly then only gave me 3 pills and when I called back about the pain then blew me off and acted as if I wasn't in pain and told me I was lucky to get pain meds just a horrible experience all around read more

I was there today for an extraction . Dr Park and his staff made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me before starting this procedure. I was worried at first, but Dr Park assured me that I would not feel anything and everything would be ok. Dr Park and his assistant was great. I didn't feel anything and I couldn't believe he had finished the entire procedure in less than 30 minutes. I will recommend and tell everyone that if you're looking for an oral surgeon, please call Dr Park at the Triangle Implant Center. They are definitely a five star oral surgery center. I need heart surgery, but my dr wants me to get my teeth fixed before he'll even think about surgery. I need 4 teeth pulled. I went in April to get my first ex ray. They said they needed my dr approval before they could do anything. I go to my dr is June and ask him if he signed the paperwork cause I hadn't heard from the dentist. Then I call them and they say the wrong Dr's name, so I'm confused. I give them the right dr name and they say they'll call me back. I called back in August cause I still hadn't heard anything from them and all they say os they're workin on it and they'll call me back. I still don't hear anything from them, so I call back in September. They say "I don't know why we haven't called you back let me send you to the front". Then I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up because I needed to use the rest room. I called back and they put me on hold again. Someone answers, says "wr9ng person" and put me back on hold...... Its sad I cannot give them 0 stars! To start off, their office is extremely cold! I had on long sleeves, A jacket, jeans. It was horrible. Then they took me back to this glorified closet and had me wait 1 1\2 hours. You could not take your phone back with you. So, I sat there wondering how long before hypothermia sat in. Finally the doctor entered and spoke with me for about 5 minutes. I asked for a blanket. He left and a lady came in with a lightweight blanket. Finally I was taken to the surgery room. As they were hooking me up for the surgery, this woman came in with her clipboard and informed me I had to $805.00 right then. I informed her I didn't have my purse with me. My husband had it. She all but ran to the waiting room to make sure they were paid. They informed me that was all I would have to pay. Today I called them to see if they had received payment from my insurance company. I was told they were paid $50 more than they estimated. Then, that I still owed them $35 on top of that!!! She gave us some run around about how someone there gave us the wrong total. Totally a scam!! STAY AWAY!! $840.00 for removing an old crown and taking out the root. According to the statement they gave me, there was a $40 consult fee. For 5 minutes talking to me. But wait!!! There's also a $125.00 comprehensive oral eval, new/estab fee???? What oral evaluation? I had the X-Ray from my dentist. They did not take an X-Ray. He told me the X-Ray was dead on. And new/estab??? Try to figure that one out when I've already paid $40 consult fee? I did have anesthesia , which the dentist said was a good thing . 15 minutes for $500.00 And now, the dentist who's doing my implant called to inform me too much bone had been removed to do a bone graft. Maybe he had to. Who knows. I just know I won't be back. And we're going to let the dentist who referred them know. Hopefully he won't be sending anyone else to this place!! read more

Dr Parks is a decent doctor but his office staff make this a no go Despite giving billing ample opportunities to correct for their laziness and incompetence I'm at still waiting for a refund from services provided in August, now February of 2020 I did need to wait for medical billing but they have been terrible since trying to get this straightened out. Billing the wrong insurance, complete lack of interest once they charge you the full amount! In 30 years I have never seen a practice operated like TIC. Beware of billing practices. read more

Unfortunately, when your child is having emergency surgery you don't have the luxury to find another location the same day. I just had the most astonishing (in a bad way) experience at this office. First, we were an emergency referral from our pediatric dentist because my 8 year old had an abscessed tooth. Then tell me to show up for surgery at 9:00am. First, the doctor at TIP sees him to describe his plans for anesthesia and the extraction. Then a woman from the front office comes INTO THE EXAMINATION ROOM (not a private office, not the checkout desk) and hands me the invoice. She then proceeds to tell me that I need to pay the entire thing before they will perform the procedure. Okay, so I hand her my debit card while my son sits in the examination chair waiting. Because I am self pay she tells me that I have to go to the ATM and get the CASH out and pay BEFORE my son will be seen, so the doctor will wait for me and my son to go do that. At this point I am asking myself, "Where am I? Is this some backwoods place that is asking for a secret cash handoff and taking my son to a dark back room?" I ask her, can't I just pay with my card? No. We are talking almost $1,000. There are limits to what I can get out of the atm in a single day. There is no Bank of America in Mebane, so this this means I would have to leave town. They want me to go do all of that and then come back for the procedure. I'm shaking my head over the whole thing at this point. It is clear that they do not trust their patients and the money is a primary concern. The office building is high-end and looks like a top facility. The doctors seem professional and seem to know their stuff. However, their front office process payment process and patient handling is antiquated and had zero sophistication to it at all. I ended up having to have my husband leave his work meeting to go to the bank and meet us at the center which is 30 mins away so that they could receive their cash before my son could be treated. When I went to my car the gal followed me to my car and asked me, "Is your husband coming from the bank?" Seriously, you are going to follow me to my car? I rarely write reviews and definitely have not had to write negative reviews, but I am so furious at this point by the way I and my son have been treated in this whole process. They told me that this is the way they do things and have to do things due to the high cost nature of their services. I'm sorry, but I can guarantee that there is a oral surgery office in this country that has figured out how to maintain a sophisticated payment process that secures payment while not demeaning their patients or making them feel like the money is more important than the patient's care or well being. TIP would be well served to hire a consultant to fix this process in their office to have the experience on the inside match what the building communicates. I will be speaking with the owner (whom they told me is Robin P). I will also be speaking to my dentist who referred me. But, for you, the reader of this review, if you are looking to be treated by this office, be prepared for something that goes a little like this... "if you sign up today and proceed with the recommended treatment you will get this TODAY ONLY special that goes away if you do not do it right now." "Oh, and if you are self-pay, go to the bank and get us cash. We'll wait right here while you go." Slimy, feels gross. Maybe what you expect from a gym... I had to go to triangle implant center after two other dentist tried to extract a back tooth that was broken and in disrepair. I brought a referral and an X-ray of the tooth with me they got me in extracted my tooth under iv sedation. Everyone was wonderful and comforting. They even helped my mom put my one year old granddaughter in the car seat when it was time for me to come to the car. Absolutely the best!! read more

I had been avoiding having my wisdom teeth out for years for the obvious reason of being terrified of all things dental!! One consultation with Dr. Park and his SPECTACULAR SPECTACULAR (yes I typed it twice bc that's how amazing she is) assistant Liz and I felt crazy for ever being scared!!! She walked me through exactly what would happen on the day and how I'd be following the procedure. She was there on the day and checked on me repeatedly until the moment my anesthesia kicked in. Triangle Implant Center did an excellent job extracting all four of my wisdom teeth and while I'd never want to do it again personally I would 100% recommend their office!!
